I have ordered many item with Amazon and find delivery on my address but when I ordered with flipkart at the same address always delayed and canceled by delivery person
I ordered 4 items but received 3 and when i raised a complain they assured to refund my one item's cost. But after 2 days they said issue resolved and missing item has been delivered. How come they say? They have not delivered and said delivered?
They did not refund my money. THEY ARE LOOTER AND WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My product not replacement
My product seller gave a defective item, called customer care but the company did not give replacement, took full payment for the product, gave product defects
They should rebrand themselves as '$#*! KART' because customer service - $#*!, sellers - $#*!, product quality- $#*!, commitment to deliver- $#*!, packing- $#*!, product tracking - $#*!, all in all a pile of $#*!, even a Chinese company is more reliable than this $#*! KART
I ordered one birthday gift from flipkart at 2 november. They promised delivery on 12 November. Then change to 16 November. But 16th also not delivered. They cheated me. Birthday is 17 th november...
