I have worst experience this time with Flipkart Service. I receive phone on 28th June, after using 2/3 day I noticed issue in network connectivity and sound issue and heating issue faced. Technician visit cancel automatically. After contacting Flipkart they are just answering that our team working on it.My complaint registered 1st July and no solution is made till 15th These is not expected from Flipkart. I received defective piece and they are not replacing it.

I was searching for electric breast pump for my wife recently and came across some very good brands offering this product. I bought the farlin electric breast pump and I must say it really was a very good product and very affordable price as compared to other brands. I am really impressed with farlin products on flipkart.

I ordered a stuff which was good but i didn't liked the fitting so i have to return it and they came next day for the pick up and and got my refund in few hours. I had a bad experience with Flipkart on purchasing a washing machine:
1. Late delivery
2. Improper updates regarding delivery
3. Wrong update showing cancellation after delivery when cancellation is not requested
4. Wrong update showing product is returned with date and time when product is still there in my home.
5. Non-availability of demonstrator/installer even after 5 days of delivery
The most pathetic customer care. They don't background check thier sellers and don't take back defective products. Will never be ordering from them again! They take ages to get back to you and then don't resolve everything.

The story of Big billion days by Flipkart... Exchange your old phone for a new one. I ordered a new phone Vivo V 11 and exchanged my old phone Motorola G5 against same from the site. The order was accepted and everything went okay. However at the time of delivery, delivery boy declined to accept the old phone due to a scratch only on screen, Do they really expect A BRAND NEW OLD PHONE for exchange? Now, I talked to their customer support team, who are actually very rude to talk, much more even compared to the delivery boy who comes to delivery, they say, to submit the phone pictures, we submitted and they approved, but again delivery boy arrived and did not deliver my phone. I called customer care to cancel the order, but they won't do that as well. Lots of hiccups and breach of contracts in the system. Full of flaws referred to as FlipKart.com.
I have ordered a thermometer and oximeter from Flipkart, they have cheated me by providing the thermometer without the oximeter. They are rejecting my refund request. Took one moth to take an order for a phone, no option to make online payment other than choosing COD, Logestic lied for delivery attempt, no one even called for delivery attempt. I kept asking where is my order, third day Delivery boy says he wont take cash. I wanted to speak to supervisor no one contacted me even a single time, no one gave me option to make payment and finally order was cancelled saying 3 times attempt was done. Three days all my efforts, no one called me a single time. Flipkart support keep disconnecting my calls every time. Useless support, pathetic company who has no value of customers.

Waited for a month for a dining table set, order was delayed for 12 days after the promised date and then cancelled.
Reaching out to customer service or escalation team is impossible, they give callback but put you on hold and disconnect.
Incorrect information on the order details, says shipped a month ago at the end of the month the customer service says order is not shipped yet and seller doesn't have the product itself, after a month with wrong updates all this while.
Save yourself trouble and avoid shopping on this pathethic company.
