I have purchased marq washing machine from flipkart 2019 with additional paid 1yr extended warranty, at the time of delivery the motor of washing machine making loud sound gave complaint, person came did some alignment and went, angain after some days it started making sound again then called flipkart customer care then they said your account is blocked and your is expired, customer support people tell to take any action if you can take.
Flipkart and marq both are from flipkart only but now they are not providing service, mail also no reply, warranty also they cheated where product warranty of marq 2 yr + 5 yrs motor + 1 yr additional paid warranty purchased and marq executed took money for visit home.

I had ordered fitbit charge 3 however received fitbit 2. Raised compalint and return all went asked me to sumit id and other photos of the product. Did that. Without any intimation they resolved the request

Cheater company. I have ordered material it shows delivered. But in actual condition not received yet. They mark as delivered without delivery, without otp confirmation nothing done. Flipkart selling very Worst & Low quality products in the name of Marq. Recently i bought laptop on this brand which is dead within one month & they are not providing any kind of services. Avoid buying through flipkart.com, if you want to stress free buying experience. I ordered the headphone and received wrong product. Requested to return and refund the money. Flipkart refused refused to take back and refund the money even after rigorous follow up with their Call Centre, very bad experience and very unethical company.
I have bought a Dell laptop battery and its more than 15 days they haven't deliver it. Initially they have promised to deliver in 7 days and then they keep on changing deliver date.

I had ordered a samsung galaxy f41 mobile through credit card, But ther have canceld my order without any reason three times, and also credited cedited my cash from my credit card, this is cheating and bad service, contacted customer care and asked this is rejected by seller, then why them keep these like stupid sellers.
I placed an order for mobile phone from Flipkart on 12/5/2016. Order reached and when I checked the phone, the speaker was not working propertly. So contacted CS to resolve the issue and change the phone. But, due to changed policy they are not allowing. No trust in buying online. Its better to buy from offline after checking the product

Ordered a geyser for my 80 year old dad. It was supposed to be delivered on 4th August but has not been delivered till now(13th August 2022). Nothing being done by Flipkart. They wrote on 7th that they will resolve within 3 days but nothing was done.
I ordered two products costing ( 746) at a time but got only one, when I returned it, half money was only refunded in gift card, I called to costumers care and they said rest of the money will be refunded soon, but after few days validity expired, if suffered totally loss my money had gone to hell, worst aap. I booked shoes asics ff2 tanis to 19th of January that was delivered on date 23 of January. I was not there.my brother picked the delivery. Than I came after 5 days than open the box.shoes was missing during opening the box I shoot the vedio. Then I complained there is no action. N my request rejects. Hear is the vedio n photos. I am a plus user and I have purchase iphone from flipkart on 2nd oct and they gave me delivery date of 4th oct but till today I didn't received my product. On 4th expected delivery date changed to 6th oct and today is 8th oct. Called many times to customer care but they always says sorry for delay will get my product ASAP but I am keep on waiting till today. I don't know when will I receive my product. If they cant deliver on given date they don't need to mention that date because it's like playing with hopes. Whole day we are waiting for the product and eod we received message for not deliver. Really upset.
I have ordered matig make medium size nitrile gloves. But I received local supply and different size. Totally useless for me. Flipkart cheated me. Totally unhappy. Do not buy any such s product. When call customer care, they said it s non returnable.
Worst services of all. Been ordering things from Amazon all these years, thought to give Flipkart a try this time and I regret it already. Ordered a Redmi 9i in an exchange offer, after a delayed delivery of 2 days, an arrogant delivery guy comes to our place, checks the phone (which is supposed to be exchanged at a rate of 3200) and tells us that there's a crack(which is actually just a minor removal of colour) and then instructs us that we need to remove the toughen (nothing being mentioned while placing the order). After a struggle of an hour, we removed the toughen and he comes again tells us that we have to pay 1900 rs. Just because he doesn't believe that it is a removal of colour. And finally, we gave up and had to pay the full amount for the phone which was supposed to be bought at an exchange rate. It is just another scam by Flipkart to full customers, don't trust it at all. Never gonna order from Flipkart again, will also not recommend to anyone else.
