Never try to buy anything from Flipkart, i ordered washing machine during big billion days till now they have not delivered. When enquired delivery agent falsely communicated to Flipkart that i was unavailable.
Agent was rude and refused to delivery.
I like their services just because of the delivery service. As i had a bad experience with some of the companies. But flipkart is what i can rely on. Services are good, my dress fabric is also good and its worth it for me. Flipkart is a good shopping destination
Dont know why flipkart making fool to poeples by showing product available and getting cancelled by them.

For all the hype u tend to generate for yourself you seem to have neglected the very core of your business... your customers! Wrong items are being sent, returns takes days and any exchanges, if any, are generally goofed up! I had ordered a pair of tan suede loafers, which was defective and had requested an exchange. What I got in exchange was a black pair. Which I had to return and ask for a refund.
Flipkart is good for electronic gadgets. I highly love their electronic gadgets but if i come up to apparels i am little disappointed. I did not get which they displayed. I have complaint against the quality of the product... design was nice. Suit look nice but quality is not much good. So its ok but it worth it for me as i got many compliments from my friends and specially my boyfriend.

I ordered a headphones and it had a issues and I didn't like the sound quality I wanted to return but they said that I cannot return the product. My 7000 is wasted and you have to call them all the time to know the status. Please don't ever order from Flipkart
I visited this flipkart.com site. Best part of this site is lot's of brand and no. Of variety. I order Nikon camera from flipkart and within a few days It got delivered. Delivery time is faster than other sites and the packaging is also very good. Customer service good. All in all its a good site...
Seen one of the best services from flipkart. My son ordered a watch but the color in actual was different from what it seemed on site. Contacted their ccare and within 3 hrs an executive took the watch back and within same day I got the transfer back in my account. Very good and courteous service.
I have placed grocery items on 30th of August expected delivery date was 1st September but today it is 10th sep till today the items have not delivered nor refunding the money. When we raise the issue the people response is very poor out of 10 I can give 1. Very bad way of handling customer.
Among all the e-commerce sites, I must say that Flipkart is the worst of all. The service providers are highly unprofessional and all the sellers mentioned on Flipkart are literally cheats and frauds. Ordered a television worth 35K and instead got a TV box full of crap. Raised refunds concerns but customer care just turned other ear and paid no attention. Later Flipkart locked my profile too and I couldn't login anymore. My case is now pending in consumer forum court.
I'd recommend all, if you have no love for your hard earned money and if you love stress, humiliation and disappointment from online shopping. Even then don't choose Flipkart. This is the worst fraud company of all times.

My phone exchange offer was not fulfilled by your delivery guy. It was clearly written in the offer that the scratch phone will also be kept. If this is to be done, then why are the offers taken out? The order was not cancelled by me. It was a very bad experience for me. If the product is not sold properly, then why are the offers on the app? I have been a ipkart customer ever since its inception.I have spent literally lakhs of rupees on yhis platform.But of late, its service is very poor.Now I have an issue with the Pay Later option.I use this option just for convenience, since I dont have to pay with a card ever time.Actually, I paid the sum of Rs.9000 odd which was due on May 5th on April 16th itself.Yet my Pay Later account was suddenly deactivated and I could not pay the remaining sum of rs.4000 odd when the bill was generated.I was able to get the payment link after much struggle. Yet my Pay Later account is still not active.Cc says it will take 30 days and their banking partner has to do it.I feel insulted that in spite of my advance and prompt payments a loysl customer is treated like this. There is no option for approaching yhe Flipkart authorities.
Flipkart being a big giant in the ecommerce market is expected to cater to the deliver the bundle of satisfaction along with quality and correct product to its customers. And the same was my belief... which however seems to be a myth after I got the delivery of my recent order. I had ordered this product on 25th may and after waiting for 7 days you send me a wrong product and your CC executives are saying that this product is out of stock. I got the order which enormously big for me and obviously of no use. This is something which is not expected from a brand which promises to deliver value for money to its customer.If this product was not available in your stock then why you send me a wrong product. You have wasted my 7 days
Want a worst services choose, 1 day will updated to 6 days for there self,for 50 km the delivery time is 6 days for logistics so want to waste time choose this and the flipkart dont proved you delivery to be fast they do it in delay it more

Flipkart's customer care department should be renamed as seller care department.
Whatever be the issue they would talk on behalf of the seller. They defend the seller always and not the intrest of the customer. If you face a problem, they will make you to run from piller to post.
