My first order with Flipkart.com was a LG Optimus PRO G... ordered it COD... they mailed me the free stuff, a battery pack first, which reached me first in two days... then it took 5 more days for the phone to reach... but, it was OK cos it was close to 4000 cheaper than a store i enquired at... so no problem even with the delay...
Second time i ordered some phone charger cable and it reached within 2 days, so happy with their service and will order again!
I used this medium to save time and money. When when I have received the product, it is not working properly and customer service. Has is just a medium of purchase. Very bad experience, I have paid full amount and now I search for service center, waste my time and money and headache that I have received used phone. Only interested in earning... they don't care for their customers
Hi i ordered something on flipkart, the worse part is payment got approved and the customer exe said yes we have recvd the payment but still order is in my cart and no order was placed... tried 5 times they said we are resolving his issue, again and again same thing... pathetic service please don't buy anything from flipkart
I will take away that one star as well that I gave here. It's the worst worst website to buy from. We made a mistake of buying from them. Made to wait for 20 days for product to come. On 21st day. We were told we have to made 10 more days and refund can't be processed. We are now taking them to consumer court. We were really harassed all this while, it was a gift. We had a plan to move out of town but here we are stuck because of them. No resolution at all. Save your self. Don't buy from flipkart. Use Amazon plz.
Worst service on online
Purchased Nestle Coffee and the the jar was damaged and was to be replaced. The pick up came and refused to take the jar and then the Flipkart showed that I have declined to return. What is the logic?
Now they are not responding at all. Poor and Pathetic.
Do not purchase anything in Flipkart. Today i have received my order and the color mention on the web portal is entirely different from what i have received. The seller is "Quality love" who is based out of New Delhi (a true bastard)... shame on Flipkart to have these kind of sellers...
Recently visit Flipkart.com. It is most popular E-commerce website. I brought Motorola G-3rd generation. It was delivered me in just 3 days, no taking extra charges and packing was nice and solid. Service was good...
Flipkart and Amazon they both are comparable in terms of offers, products and delivery. The only thing which makes Flipkart one step ahead of Amazon is their refund/replacement policy. You got a faulty device which you had ordered and you want a replacement for that? Just inform them send them a request to replace it. A representative will come with a replacement and he'll check your faulty device and he'll hand over the replacement which on the other hand with Amazon it's annoying. They want you to send your faulty equipment first and then after inspection(Not sure how they do it) they will send you a replacement which takes twice the time that Flipkart takes.
I don't know why there is no refund policy or even a store credit. Like I am placing a return request on the day it was delivered still no advantage. The return policy is useless.
Other sites provide way more services.
Good material of cloth. Height being 6 feet ordered large size. The length of the shirt is just about 1 cm small than what we normally get in other large size shirts which i didnt like. Still the fitting is very cool & i am satisfied.
Ordered different colors and got different - very pathetic service as it was no return policy so at least send the correct color items which we have ordered - this is fraud - unable to contact flikpart only showing product is under no return policy - quality of the product is worst so don't buy anything under no return policy from flipkart - deleting flipkart account as its very pathetic service given
Their courier partners are thieve and lazy fraudsters. They will keep cancelling your order by their will and deny to reach your address. Flipkart is not doing anything about their delivery partner even if I complained a lot about them. But for cheap rate and cheap service flipkart keep using them

I am really disappointed with the way you deliver the products.
The delivery people always come during the daytime when we are in office and without asking us the product was delivered to or neighbours.
Also, Once I was asked to collect the product from the store if i am not available during the daytime.
This is really pathetic, working people can only receive the orders in the evenings or on weekends.If we would have time during the weekdays, we would have gone to outlets and did shopping.
This is a big concern
This is to state that I ordered 3 shirts fr your company on 29th January'21 worth Rs 1099/-. I feel terrible to state that the products received were not the ones I ordered. So it's a request to either replace the order or refund the money.
P. S I am attaching the video file of the product received. Kindly look into that and oblige.

Ordered a phone and it got rescheduled to be delivered for 7 more days. As I customer no one would wait but I had to because the phone was only available for sale on flipkart. Their ekart logistics is to pathetic and incompetent, the phone reached the nearest hub and then was dispatched again as they did not want to deliver my Product on that date so they dispatched it again, I am so pissed off and really annoyed with flipkart.
I have to buy lahanga choli on flipkart, they delivered product at my door step but the product quality is not good as I aspect that is why I want to return it but they didn't picked up package. Flipkart just behave like unprofessional. Without people and customer they can't do anything. Flipkart going down day by day. It fall down and place on 65 position on e-commerce business.

Flipkart has one of the worst customer support, they give us a call and don't even acknowledge for our concern, they just read those inbuild/ready made statements and cut off the call without solving the issue and close ticket with status resolved
Flipkart is unable to solve a small issue with a product & executives are taking too long to understand the customer issues, I dono how Flipkart is recruiting these type of people & executives are providing wrong information about product without knowing the product details. Then how Flipkart will solve the major issues. So I don't prefer to use the Flipkart for future purchases. Waste of time in spending with Flipkart. Totally disgusting Flipkart.
Had a pathetic experience by ordering from flipkart. Ordered a Kurti top from them. They delivered a wrong item and on top of that they deleted my account as well, so that I cant even create any return request for the same. Its a fraud company. Please dont buy from them and get fooled.
