Before placing order they agree at my convenience time,
After placing order they are saying that their logistics work 9 am to 7 pm which is my office time.
Customer care guy, They don't even have the delivery guys number or any contact details,
If you escalate matter then do something and you will start getting fraud calls,
One that day got around 100 spam calls,

I raised a return request 15days back but still their is no pickup from their side, they keep on repeating same thing over and over again but no resolution till date. I really regret buying from this cheat company
My experience with flipkart is very very bad.My son ordered two packs of 500gms bournvita. But got one pack of 500gms. After lodging complaint, they are simply telling stories since last 20 days. Very cheating people.
Delivery service is very bad. Always fail to deliver the items on the time and its not the one time. Its their habit now. If you are planning and time concern dont go to buy the product from the Flipkart.
I had brought an ear pod in Flipkart but i got a bad response from them as they did not deliver on time.
When they delivered unfortunately product was missing with torn box as soon i filed an issue in the app but on the next day the rejected that later on again i rised the issue but i got the same response, after few attempts suddenly they blocked my account in Flipkart app then i tried all the possible ways to contact Flipkart executive but they didn't respond properly in the last they said i won't be getting my amount or that product.
By this i was cheated by the Flipkart online delivery agency
Had ordered one table from them, over the course of 21 days, first time also the parts were missing, both the times the items of the table were missing, no installation done due to that, shame on them for wasting customers time.
I have been using flipkart for almost 4 years now
But now they have problem refunding the money of the product that was not even delivered to me.
Flipkart wants 10 days to refund my money.
I just want to ask one question.
When I want to buy a product I pay the price of the product immediately or rather in advance when it comes to online shopping.
Then why should I wait for even 10min for my money to be refunded when the order has been cancelled.
Is flipkart ready to pay interest on the amount paid during purchase if they want to keep my money for 10 days? The customer support are the most intelligent creatures here whatever question you ask them the answer would be some copy paste material that too generated through a bot.
Never expected the service of flipkart would be so baad
Please don't trust grocery products. They give awesome discounts but the products are not delivered on time and with missing products. Also they don't refund you if the products are missing. This is the way they recover for the discounts they give. Flipkart grocery is never to be trusted.
I ordered phone on 10 August 2020 expected delivery date 20 August tilll date 27 August flipkart unable to deliver the product. And talking to customers services they just told you will receive the product today itself upto 7pm just fake information. Not providing the proper solution i told to contact call to senior manager they refused.
One of the worst experience I had with your company, no one is ready to listen to the grievances and they are just here to sell the products only. Irrespective of the number of requests made to return the product, you people are least bothered about the customer and that too when its your fault. You could have written under the specification column about the compatibility and other issue but you are here to sell the material not to hear. Moreover, the surprising element was, I was asked to contact company directly for any issues pertaining to the gadget, if that is the case then why the hell I would choode your platform to buy instead I can directly buyed it from the site.
Pathetic customer care department, useless team and third class service.

I have order product on 29th june they promised me will deliver on or before 6th July but did not delivered. They didn't communicated delay, when I called them they are saying will delay another 4 days without reasons. More than 15 days they are taking to deliver. I am not sure how product once I receive then I can update about product.
I requested to customer care to transfer my flipkart wallet money in my account and they blocked my account and didn't even transfer my money and whenever i am trying to coordinate with customer care they are legends they cutt my call in the middle and i did the same call me back request again what the $#*! is going on this i don't care i'll never shop again from this app but i want my money back you cheaters
21 St July i ordered from Flipkart grossery busket and did the online payment but the delivery boy stolen my product and put there delivered and he also behaved very badly with me... i launched a complain against this to Flipkart service but they didn't took any step and doesn't return my product... and they r the thief who opened a business to steal people money by not giving the product.
I was ordered a product. It was an Wifi adapter. When delivery date was given 5 days. And after 2 days of my order I got a message that, product will be delivered today. Thus I got my product within hours

I joined them in January '20 making an account with twenty thousand rupees... they started cancelling my orders in the month of April giving the excuse that it was bulk order... but I was was ordering only one piece at a time... now they have blocked my account stating that my purchase is not for my personal use despite having around *******rs In my account... how can they decide what is for my personal use and how can they dictate a customer what to buy and how... they are fraudsters... dont deposit any money in their account... they will cheat you... their customer care services are of no use... worst app
Their poor customer service is so disappointing that they will never look into the matter and without any reason they reject your request for pickups and returns. And they display on their own that the customer issue is resolved but in reality they never act upon their words. Poor and frustrating experience with FLIPKART! I will never recommend Flipkart!
I ordered Glen cooktop, promised delivery date is 11th Oct 2023, till not yet delivered.When I enquiring with customer care constantly given different timeline for delivery.
First of all big billion day is biggest scam for customer.They will give not cash on delivery option.Only prepaid.once payment done they will not bother about customer.
I ordered a product on 7th oct and today i got an email they canceled the product, because it's out of stock. But when i checked the product one more time, now it's showing available and but price are high. So I'm feel they are cheating with customer and providing lower rate and once we booked the product they will cancel and again ask us to reorder in high price.
