Booking our flights to Senegal was super easy. The cost was great and the trip cancellation insurance is much less expensive than other site. A few clicks and we were done. Easy!

I purchased Airline Tickets from Flightnetwork and it has been nothing less than a nightmare. The airline cancelled our flight coming back home and gave us the option to get a refund or stay in an airport for 25 hours, we have a 3 years old so we chose the refund.
It has now been 1 complete month of going back and forth with the Flightnetwork... They are refusing to give me any information as to when or how much my refund will be. When I agreed to the refund, they said they will only take an administration fee of $45 for the whole booking and based on that I agreed because $45 is not a big deal compared to having to be in an airport for more than a day.
Well now they are saying the airlines paid them back but they will deduct taxes and fees! I am not entirely sure why I would have to pay taxes on a service I did not and will not be receiving and why was this not told to me from the beginning. Taxes on international flights are more than the price of the flight itself!
The fact that they won't tell me a timeline for the refund even though they have received my money from the Airline is frustrating. Not to mention their HORRIBLE customer service on the phone!
I absolutely recommend that you pay the extra bucks and book with someone else.

Spent hours on the phone trying to change my flight and was kept on hold repeated following 4 different attempts. Excuse after excuse finally they said I was checked in and therefore they were unable to change the ticket, despite me repeatedly telling them i was not checked in. They refused to listen after stringing me along for over 3 hours. DO NOT USE FLIGHT NETWORK to BOOK anything!
I paid more than 150 EURO just to change the date of my return ticket using the call service. I surprised after few days that they hadn't sent me any new ticket, and after that I went to the airline office and I found out that I don't have any name!
I called them around 5 times! And I lost more than 50 Euro for trying to reach them, they told me a solution to pay again 180 EURO for a new return ticket! I was shocked and I asked for the refund because I paid for the service!
The funny part was the price they would return 80 Euro, where I actually paid more than 300 Euro for the return ticket and more amount for calling the worst customer service ever.
By the way, their office in Middle east, UAE, Abudhabi is a scam and the security told me I am not the only one that I asked about and the address is fake
There were some glitches with my reservation and I got personal phone calls from customer service agents within 2 hours to fix the problems.

HIDDEN charges that dont show up even at the confirmation screen -- you approve one amount then the next screen with the conf. # shows a higher amount -- all of which is NON REFUNDABLE! CROOKED OUTFIT
Want to change the dates and Been calling them for 4 days 5 hours daily with no answer, they took the money of the seats and the airlines said the seats are not being paid, totally a scam!

Unfortunally the book has been cancelled from airlines' side, i contacted your customer service, they forwarded me from department to another with everytime asking for my information, some of them ended the phone call, some of them promised to re-book some of them promised to pay back. Till now i got nothing but $#*!, my phone call with you was recorded and i have chats recorded as well. I guess i have been insolted
SO SO SO SO bad. I can't even explain but would be happy to. NOTHING of what I was told over the phone was accurate (they told me I HAD to call back later to get best price even though I found a better one while talking, and then when I called back woman said HAD TO DO IT THAT DAY, and was rude). This was my second time trying to deal with them and I tried to stay away from that but had to and am sick from this interaction again. I actually loathe this company now and we have dealt with other booking agencies for this trip and had no such trouble. ITS A TERRIBLE COMPANY, and when they reached out asking me for review, I left detailed feedback and got no response. ACTUALLY PATHETIC, could ruin your trip - you'll save time, money and stress avoiding!

Despite all the negative reviews, I booked a flight from India for Istanbul. I must say they are genuine and cheapest. However, one has to be careful about the extra charges being added step by step. They are transparent in terms of extra cost. Better not choose anything extra if you want to buy cheapest and click on options very attentively. For example, don't go for the paid 'Seat Selection' option as seat selection is usually allowed for free on official website (with booking number the third party website assigns to you). Their customer service is good. The representative replies to your queries patiently. Mind you, at the time of crisis only the airline will be able to help you and they will help you even if you have booked from a third party website.
My Saudia flight was cancelled on month before departure. Flight Network was unable to help me in that case and i contacted Saudia Airlines. Saudia Agent alloted me seat on Turkish Airline without any extra charges.
Paid for our tickets to Bali and airline didn't have and we could not access. Flight network referred us to airline and airline referred back! No tickets & cost us $737!
ZERO STAR IF I COULD CHOOSE IT! Stay away from this company. Unable to obtain a rebooking of our travel credit in connection with a trip cancellation due to covid. I bought a ticket from Sao Paulo to New york, the airlines cancelled the flight, so i contact flightnetwork and required for refund, it was on March 2022, so today date is October 10th 2022, and so far I didn't receive my refund, i contact then by phone and stay about 4 hrs and nothing was solved, the problem my ticket is about to expired, each phone call that i made, the agent said that between to 24 to 48 hours we will contact you, but nobody contact me. Looks like they are waiting for the ticket expire and keep my refund, SOUNDS THEY ARE STOLEN COSTUMER. I will attach the email that i received from then on may, after 5 months i still didn't receive my money. Never buy again with this bull$#*! company
