The gentleman that was booking my trip was very helpful and very patient with all my questions. Too bad I don't know his name to thank in a more personal note. Thank you.
This was easier and smoother than hoped for. Brilliant! Thanks.
We booked flights through this website and our credit card got charged but we received an email saying that will know in 72 hours if we got the confirmation! In this day and age why would anyone wait 72 hours to get confirmation on a flight. We called the support line which was very hard to get connected to, so we can cancel the pending transaction. We had several other bookings like hotels, cars to make so we couldn't wait 72 hours to get airline confirmation. And basically the guy told me there's nothing they can do, sometimes rare situations they have these types of technical issues and their back office has to work on it. He said he couldn't refund me and I asked to speak to a manager and he said he would book a call for me in 24 hours. So I seriously think there's like two people running this entire company in someone's basement. Not worth the trouble, there are many other online options out there. We didn't go looking for this company the kayak listing took us to this website. So we mistakenly thought we were working with a reputable company.
My flight was cancelled by the airline due to a Covid and when i called the airline they told me to contact Flight Network for my refund because i booked it with them. Flight Network stopped answering my emails and it's impossible to reach them via phone ( no one is answering either, just keeps saying your estimated wait time is 5 minutes for hours!) So yeah no flight and no money. All the negative reviews you see are real and all positive are fake! I wish i saw all this before i booked my flight with them. Going to report to BBB and i just hope this little scam company will go out of business due to this crisis. JUST STEER CLEAR PLEASE!
But in this case everything went peachy! Even got a good deal on a car rental. First time using Flightnetwork.com but wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thanks.
Getting info, tracking flights, subscribing / unsubscribing to mail is clear and easy. So much so that I dropped your competitors. And also the fact you are Canadian.
I never write reviews, but feel compelled to do so in this case. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT give this company your business.
They canceled my son's flight 12 hours after I booked it, and then finally contacted me stating that the quoted fare was not available and that my reservation was canceled. When I called them, the customer representative was very rude, interrupting me several times mid-sentence, even raising his voice. When I stated that I had never experienced such bad customer service, he fired back at me that there is "a first for everything" -- I could not believe what I was hearing. I demanded that they put my son on a comparable flight at the original cost, to no avail. When I asked to speak with the supervisor, I was told that I could not speak with him until the afternoon, about 6 hours later (a proper company has supervisors accessible during business hours). At this point I was understandably irate as my son had to travel in about 30 hours, and all that the representative would say is that they refunded my money, suggesting all is good... but all was not good because suddenly I had to scramble to find another flight which cost $120 more.
Again, do yourself a favor: stay away from this company and tell your friends to do the same. Don't take just my word for it: check the bad reviews on this site, trustpilot, or on yelp. Just stay away.
I needed to book a flight to Miami 5 days before boarding. I booked with Flight Network, as they could accommodate a date and time for a flight that would work ideally with my schedule. I followed be immediately booking a hotel in the Miami area.
24 hours later, now 4 days from my intended leave, I received an e-mail from Flight Network detailing the cancellation of my booking as it was no longer 'valid'. After calling Flight Network to inquire, they simply stated that someone else had booked those flight seats before I had and there was 'nothing they could do'. I was not offered any comps or alternative options for being victim to their mistake. Flight Network had given another client priority over me - even though I had received a confirmation e-mail from Flight Network.
This is either a seriously over-looked gap in Flight Network's customer service or a severe glitch in their online booking system. Either way, it cost me $500 in hotel cancellation fees as my entire trip was compromised due to flight prices skyrocketing after Flight Network had deemed my purchase 'not valid'.
I will not be using Flight Network again.
I booked a multiple trip thru skyscanner then i choose flight network as provider, when they transfer me to flight network website everything seems so easy and simple.
I got an extraordinary price that save me hundreds of dollars.
I definitely recommend FlightNetwork for everybody that is aware about smart purchases.
Very easy booking process. Previous excellent experience with Icelandair business class. Looking forward to this next flight.
I booked a flight and had to change the return date. The first agent told me $450 charge for the change and another $500 for the difference in the ticket fare. That's $950 total cost of changing the return date of a $3,000 ticket. I told him I needed to think it over and called two days later. The second agent told me the change fee was $625 and then there's the fare difference. I told him the agent I spoke with two days earlier quoted $450 for the change fee he said he needs to check. While waiting on his check, I looked up reviews on FlightNetwork and realized I made a HUGE mistake. These guys are professional scammers, they probably get commission based on the amount they're able to extort from their customers. LAST TIME EVER THAT I AM GOING TO BUY FROM ANY "NETWORK". Unbelievable they haven't been taken out of business by now!
I unfortunately made spelling mistakes in the name on the flight tickets. Jamie the customer service representative was just so kind and helpful in correcting them. Heartfelt thanks.
Too many options, should be more streamlined experience. Thank you
In October 2021 our flights to Cape Town was cancelled, we managed to change the time for the inbound flight, but applied for a refund on the cost of the outbound flight. Since then, Flight Network has been replying to our request with one excuse after the other. First they said we need to apply for the refund from the airline (CemAir) directly, we did, and they were very helpful with great communication and assistance. They confirmed that all the funds are with the agent i. E., Flight Network.
Then Flight Network changed their story and started saying they have received the application, but because of the "current situation" the refund process might take longer then usual.
Now suddenly, they are confirming with the local airline for the refund again.
They have no active phone numbers, they do not call you if you give them your phone number, and you always 'speak' to another consultant though their main email box.
Please book through the local airlines directly as you will probably never receive your money back from Flight Network.
**THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY**
I wasted money on cancellation protection after working with someone from the company but after COVID cancelled my trip they refused to refund me my money. Instead they credited me (after about 9.5 hours of negotiating) the amount to use over the next year. Unfortunately, a pandemic has made it unsafe to travel (DUH) so I've been trying to contact them again for my money after waiting a year but I have been on hold for a total of about 12 hours only to speak to someone twice and be told I was wrong (despite having the information still) or hung up on "on accident." I still don't have my refund and don't think I'll ever see it. There goes a grand down the drain.
They clearly don't care about their customers health, safety, or overall experiences.
This agency is a scam, I'm begging you please never ever book a ticket from this agency, they will steal your money and waist your precious time dealing with them. They don't deserve even one star..
They don't know how to manage the crisis caused by the covid-19. All my flights were canceled 15 days before my departure. ALL OF THEM, i was planning to go there during a special occasion. I tried to reach out the customer service by phone during one week: Spending hours by phone qnd finqlly hang up without no answer. So I tried to have them on socal media, they told me they will call me. I went on their website check their news concerning the situation, there was a link concerning the cancelation for departure before the 1rst of april which don't event work.
I finally succeed and have someone by the phone to finally didn't have a complete refund for this disaster service.
For this missing of compassion, reactivity and help, be sure you will never see me buy a flight throw your platform again.
This company has no desire for customer service or keeping customers happy, their only interest is in making as much money as they can from you.
In my situation, their website allowed me to book a connecting flight with a 3 hour gap, which was perfect. However, the airport which my first flight landed in, to get my connecting flight, requires me to isolate for 24 hours before I can get my connecting flight. This was not mentioned on their website at any point during the booking process. And more importantly, why was I able to book it in the first place? I was charged a total of over £900 to move my first flight 24 hours ahead - of which over £300 was to cover their "administration fee's" - even thought their website sold me a product which they could not supply.
In addition, I notice I had made a spelling mistake on the first name of two passengers on the booking. They wouldn't correct their names at the same time as changing the flights and are charging another £140 to get these corrected. The flight company themselves are not charging anything, this £140 is purely to cover their "administration fee's". No matter what I said, they would not budge on the admin fee's for either of the changes, so that's about £450 in admin fee's, where their genuine costs would have been about £20.
Absolutely diabolical... what ever you do, avoid booking with these guys. Book directly with the airline.
Ravi took my problem seriously. He is a good listener and does his best to obtain the information I needed. Also, he helped me find the flights that best suited my purpose.
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
