I vehemently resent the time wasted and effort required to respond to attempts to coerce additional monies from customers for service upgrades and insurances that should simply be included in the price of the ticket, as they were in the past. Paying for a flight and then paying separately to have a seat on the plane is absurd and nothing more than an offensive and greedy money grab. Instead of making all customers feel appreciated and valuable you have established a caste system of inequality that regulates some to the back of the bus, not because of race or creed, but by income.

The webpage was inconsistent with fees. Configured so you feel as though you need to pay for services or fees you don't want. The "no thanks" boxes are not prominent and not consistent across the questions. You really have to pay attention not to select for additional charges.

Booking was smooth but after making payment a pop up said the cost increased $100 and I felt like it was hard to determine if this was a tru cost or just an add on since I was already committed to booking.
It was not a good feeling from a customer end

Attempted to fill out my information on-line 2 times... did not know why I was unable to book. Logged out of website, waited for a while and when I signed in... it no longer had the flight I wanted?

Sometime later I sent an email and I was able to complete the transaction.

I booked a multi-flight ticket, found a good price, even selected my seats. I entered my credit card and several minutes later I was informed I needed to refresh the page and try again. When I did, all the flights had disappeared.

It was not clear that you had the option to NOT book seats. The price increased by $40.00 in the time we were booking. I t was not clear that random "price increases could occur during the booking process. Still not sure what "accessibility" could be that cost $40.00
