0 stars, totally incompetent, no flight info, call and stay in hold forever, Otherwise "I will book you again" just re-pay and "nothing we can do" are their responses, wrong info (boarding time is actually 2 hours before the flight), so many hidden fees so you MUST pay extra even for the boarding pass after you paid for the flight, confuse your case with another...
This website has a nicer and friendlier user interface that the WestJet website.
The upselling is awful, there are so many ways and places and methods that they try to upsell you on ridiculous services like live agents at the airport. Wtf. You expect the ticket purchase process to be view, confirm, pay. Done. But no. There were dozens of upselling landmines placed along the way, all defaulting to Ageee, which you have to switch off, say no, say foff. I would never want to experience this again.
I was very unhappy about paying an additional $448.00 to get sat assignments.

I have always loved flying Alvelo….BUT the number of add ons of late is a real turn off. It was always easy to make reservations. Check your baggage requirements and select your seat(you pay extra for any seat). Now there must be at least 8 extra options. Each add on all costing extra. Just felt so nickel and dimed.
The price just keeps going up.
I had a extremely hard time using your app on my phone. Today I used my computer and it was a completely different experience..
It took several attempts to get on the site to buy the tickets.
First time user- I was skeptical at first. I found the site quick, easy to navigate and my ticketing confirmation came through faster than it does directly with Airline site!
