I am returning to visit good friends for the second time. Tried 4 times ( half hour)to book direct with Rex and it would never go through. I then clicked on your site and was able to complete the entire transaction in just a few minutes and for less money. What a relief. Not exactly what I expected. The flight was advertised for $85 but by the time I added in all the OTHER costs, i was over $200! Talk about hidden fees! Holy Smokes!
I am from israel i took my grandson to a trip to madrid by booking.com as i always do, i was this year in tbilissi and in batumi. But unfortunatly the air company you work with air europa cancelled my trip for three persons my husband aharon miller, my grandson aviv meshel and me -n booking ref number: ux/qd73bz.
So i ask if they will fly to israel they said that yes so as they propose to postporrn the flight i accepted and booked another flight on the 8 of november 2024, the cancelled tis one too so i as for refund they said that if i booked originaly from booking i have to contact booking for refund and this is what i am doing more or less 20 days, every day. What do you thing about my "experience". I called it a no human experience

Process was relatively painless and convenient. This was an unexpected pleasure, given the tribulations that most flight bookings can cause!
They will steal your money. Recently I booked a flight thru FlightNetwork. Within hours of booking, FlightNetwork cancelled the reservation without giving any reason. Meanwhile, they had already charged my credit card for the flight insurance and seat selections. They refunded the flight insurance but did not refund the seat selection fee. This was for 4 seats and amounted to $160 which I have yet to receive back over 2 months later. This system is broken and the risks involved with situations like this are just not worth it. Don't use FlightNetwork or any other third party sites to book flights.

Your site is not helpful at all. In order for me to just change a flight date it requires multiple states and assistance. Further, the site says 'service temporarily unavailable for past 30 minutes"
