Despite all the negative reviews, i did have a good experience Despite all the negative reviews, I booked a flight from India for Istanbul. I must say they are genuine and cheapest. However, one has to be careful about the extra charges being added step by step. They are transparent in terms of extra cost. Better not choose anything extra if you want to buy cheapest and click on options very attentively. For example, don't go for the paid 'Seat Selection' option as seat selection is usually allowed for free on official website (with booking number the third party website assigns to you). Their customer service is good. The representative replies to your queries patiently. Mind you, at the time of crisis only the airline will be able to help you and they will help you even if you have booked from a third party website. My Saudia flight was cancelled on month before departure. Flight Network was unable to help me in that case and i contacted Saudia Airlines. Saudia Agent alloted me seat on Turkish Airline without any extra charges.

Anytime I call their customer service which is based overseas, the poor guys read to me some scripts and said they're working on processing the refund. Run away from this travel agency as they are nothing but scammers. Don't ever book a ticket with them as you're screwed if something goes wrong.
Every thing seemed quite user friendly. Since the fare I booked was Business Class, it would have been nice to see that stated on the Travel Document and the receipt.

I booked a multiple trip thru skyscanner then i choose flight network as provider, when they transfer me to flight network website everything seems so easy and simple.
Stay away! This was the response when I tried to seek a refund.
"I acknowledge your frustration but we already provided all the information we have. I regret that I will need to disconnect this call, which is inevitable due to many other customers waiting in our queues. We are doing our best in order to help you. Therefore I'm going to disconnect the call, thank you for understanding"

They miss informed me several times and finally change my intial flight (which was perfect) to a very bad one with too much transit time (around 9 hours) and also charged me for service fee. I will never book flight from flight betwork. The agents are too unprofessional and it wrost to book flight more expensive with other site, rather than struggle with these guys!@
I thought I was going through SAS's website, but ended up coming over to flight network somehow. No idea how that happened. Trying to find my flight confirmation via SAS and there is no reservation in my name or with the booking number they gave me. Not sure if I just got ripped off or not.

I used to book my ticket from other platform,then i came accross to this platform to book a trip through flightnetwork.com. I did book 2 tickets from Mauritius to New York,then Vaconcouver and last end in England then Back To Mauritius with flightnetwork. I paid for the tickets, seat selection, baggage tracking etc. Within 1 hour I received an email from Flight Network saying that my trip had been cancelled due to "technical reasons". No further explanation as I lost around $340 due to bank chargers and exchange rate.I did contacted support on their chat but they keep only saying that they already refunded the amount paid! Terrible customer experience and I will never use this travel website again.Wish could give a Zero Star Review

What was written when buying a ticket about the possibility of exchanging it for additional money turned out to be not true. A scam company that doesn't stand by what they say. The support team was not going to help and just closed the chat. Terrible

I am another poor victim of Flighnetwork.The website has been designed in a way that you have to pay first then one by one they start to add restrictions as a fine print to the ticket, no luggage is allowed unless you pay and then you have to go pick up your luggeage in each airport and re-enter the transit salon on each stop which means hours of going through each security, not only thicket is not refundable or cancellable you are not allowed even date change under extreme issues that I encounter at the end I had to buy one full ticket to come back sooner, so I lost equal to two full ticket and lots of Hassle, please be aware of these scammers
Omg I wish I had a better way of letting people run a way from this scammer company. Okay so where so I start really because I feel so frustrated about these stupid people wish I could see them face to face. I booked my flights from Canada to Australia with this creepy company. The flight was then cancelled. What enjoys me the most is, it's been over 6 months now, no refund no a single communication about why I am not getting my refund like for real.
The last time, I used to call them, the customer service guys have no clue. Apparently they were refunded by the flight company but I do not understand why they keep my money for 6 months long. Honestly I am still waiting in limbo until now so please please be on the face side. It's hard now days to tell where the company is located and yeah it really sacks because I do not know where to complain.

Look like this company is fraud. I had to cancel the reservation even before they bought ticket from airline. They have worse costumer care i have faced in my life. Person at customer was rude and said cancellation department will call me within in 24 hours and until now nobody called me. I suggest everybody not to use them. Its scam and government should take action against them. I am planning to sue them.

Their customer service and service policies are shady and unclear. I was overcharged for a ticket change without a clear explanation of the additional costs and was cut off during my complaints with their phone support.
They refused multiple times (calls) to provide a transparent breakdown of the costs and once I even had to wait 1 hour to get through just to make a request which should have been available via other communication channels.
They also do not have any proper email feedback channel. They only reply via a no-reply email address to answer any queries, shutting down any further clarification of their answer and I have to reopen another chat to ask the same thing and provide a complete history of my request/inquiry.
It was the most frustrating experience I had with any travel so far!

Flexible ticket - It was a terrible experience. The invoice breakdown is not clear and they refuse to provide information of what I paid for. I exercise the option and was presented with an additional top up on the airline's platform which I could not find clear justification for as Flightnetwork refused to provide the required fiscal information to justify the amount.
I spent 2 weeks trying to execute the flexible ticket change without proper resolution (no clear explanation on costings) and was expected to accept what I was charged!
I have been waiting for my refund ($5400) for the last 8 months. Their customer support phone number has stopped working now. I sent them hundreds of emails every time they say they are waiting for the money from the airline.
I never dealt with a company like this in my life before. Never ever make any booking with FlightNetwork. I am not sure even this is a real company or a scammer.

The agency stopped responding when I requested my refund. Flights were cancelled and i had to buy new tickets. However, they never complete the refund. Luckily I managed to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and they refunded me. Don't buy tickets from these guys and if you bought, go straight to your credit card company for support. Big headache ahead, but hopefully they will be able to help you out. Don't be scammed, don't buy from them.
