I was directed to Flight Network tomake my American Airlines reservation. I did not find the site helpful because I was unable to note my AA customer number or my known traveler number. I finally connected with the REAL American Airlines site and hope that my flight and checked baggage choices will be upheld. I am quite concerned.
I checked price on your website, gave credit card into for two tickets, then while processing, price jumped 40%. Unheard of, and seems like bad way to deal with consumers.
I searched for Indigo Airlines and this Flight Network site came up as the first search result. Clicked in thinking I was booking with Indigo but in fact it was a third party site. Added and offered all sorts of fees and I selected a changeable ticket in the end. Then when I tried to change my flight, they said it was not possible. Overall a terrible experience and the whole transaction was only done through manipulation and deception. And then they did not stand by their product. Stay away.

Your ticket prices are great, but the fees for a carry bag (small suitcase that fits in overhead bin) are ridiculously HIGH! Even the fee for a checked bag is HIGH! But why is a small carry on bag more expensive than a checked bag?
Also, your fees to select a seat are CRAZY HIGH!

Very confusing by the extra charges for seating i basic economy, I had to go find your phone number to clarify the seating fees and how to not pay additional fees. Also all the extra charges are very hard to navigate through. I have spent over 2 hours booking this flight.
