Difficult booking system for a first timer. I think you need to clarify on
advertised pricing that the price does NOT include a seat.

This is not a user friendly site. I guess it will take daily practice.

You added a $75 charge at the end when I attempted to pay. This is a misrepresentation of the original advertised listed price. This is false advertising. This made me feel like your site had taken advantage of me. Will not shop with you again.

Too many a la carte options. No option to put in KTN. Got kicked out several times so now I am unable to sit with my friends who were also booking.

The website pretended to be the actual airline, which has a 100% refund within 24 hours of booking policy. Whern I relaized I'd purchased through a third party I tried to cancel but was told I'd lose ~$50. What a scam.

I tried to book a flight before and the website adjusted my date to a different time. I did not double check but that led to me missing my flight and I never received an email about it. Now I had to pay an addition $2,700 for my flight. This will be the last time I use this service since you refused to offer any type of compensation.

I booked the ticket immediately after selecting the option. By the time I got to the end of booking the price had magically increased by $350. That has to be illegal. It's so $#*!ing ridiculous. Talk about getting off to a bad start.

Very difficult to use the system. Too many extras that you have to decline. System times out quickly. Also, I purchased a flexible ticket for an earlier flight. When I tried to change it more than 24 hours ahead, you said I had to go through airline, which was closed. As a result I had to purchase this second ticket. I am very frustrated.

You've screwed us. No sooner did we make the reservation for a 9 a.m. flight than you changed it to one leaving at 15:30. Scam artists.

Horrible experience. Ticket price more than doubled during the process! Unbelievable! Then once you are done you are not done. You get sent to the airlines where you then get charged 10% more! Total scam. I will never use this site again.

I was really happy to be able to purchase my wifes flight directly from the airline. I hate having to use a third party so I appreciate that I could go directly to SAS and to get a low-cost fare.
