Found the cheap tickets, but when asked to select seats the price screamed up by $ 150! Do I need to pre-select my seats? Do I need to purchase them in advance? Could not find an answer to my questions. I opted to NOT select my seats. It doesn't matter to me if I am sitting with my travel partner - at that hour of the morning, I plan on sleeping all the way to my destination

Purchased a ticket... made sure I did not pick the economy light as I know it does not include luggage. Turns out FlightHub has its own name Premium Economy which apparently does not include luggage. VERY MISLEADING.
Happy that I could cancel air China flight on line and rebook another flight. But disappointed that they said on the web site that they will return my money, but it will take some time that is 4 to 6 weeks. That's a really long time. Also, I feel that flight club should not charged the cancellation fee of 200 dollars. The reason for the cancellation was due to the virus that is deadly, so everyone including health care professionals also suggested to cancel because of the Deadly virus in China, and my flight was from Beijing. So please do not charge that 200 fees and return my money as we are retired people. Otherwise I really like the flight club. I tell all of my retired friends about flight club because, you give tons of options with extremely good deals... I will always book from Flightclub when I am travelling. Which we do at least 2 to 3 times a year. Only if you return my cancellation fee. And if I win this 400 dollars, I will be the luckiest

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
