Less than pleasant, because the site was glitching and when I thought the glitching was over I booked my flight and the date switched. Instead of just changing the day, flighthub proceeded to cancel my trip and had me book all over again via phone which was extremely frustrating.
Seriously the worst customer service ever! I paid for a service that was clearly offered and charged to me while I checked out: 24 hour cancellation, exactly what I needed in order to make my decision to purchase online rather then to phone the company directly... And I cancelled clearly within 24 hours, despite waiting on hold for an hour with FlightHub I managed to call Luftstansa in order to make sure the flight was cancelled. A week later I phoned FlightHub (30 min wait) to know if there was anything further I needed to do and how long the refund would take as I needed to re-book. She apologized that it wasn't cancelled from their end in the system but that everything was alright because she could see it was cancelled on the airlines end. I waited for confirmation of return from FlightHub and when I did not receive that I phoned... Again I waited on hold this time for 50 mins to be told oh well it's un-cancellable, Oh sorry just wait... through a series of people and 2 hours on the phone they confirmed that I would in deed be getting a refund and that they were waiting on the Airline to confirm the amount, promising they would ensure a refund amount within 2 weeks and also a follow up!... almost 2 months later and still nothing!
It's good but could be better. Website automatically signs you up food manulife which is super annoying.

Car rental info is incorrect, advised as "unlimited miles" but the 24hrs car advised that there is a cap of 200 miles per day.

Horrible client experience! They ALL should be trained in customer service and client experience. Was on hold for almost two hours with dead silence after my agent said he would "stay on the line". Also why would a simple inquiry result in two individuals having to call in and the other individual gets a service agent and I don't? Will not be using there services further.
Honestly, The only site that actually gives good deals and doesn't have a million hidden costs. Site takes a bit to load but it is worth the wait!

Flighthub charge double the credit card, also charged for items not authorized and when I tried to get my money back they reject and evade their responsibility, making stupid questions, keeping in the phone for more than 3 hours, transferring your call to different depts that never know what happening with your claim. They never return my money double charged. WARNING THEY WILL STOLE YOUR MONEY WITH NO EXCUSE. Customer service is the worst. They dont speak clear english hiring overseas people that have no clue about.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
