I have multiple leases with them. On the bottom of the website on footnote #8 it states that if you make 42 of the 52 payments on time consecutively they will credit the remaining 10 payments. I called after my first lease and was told yes if I complied it would happen. Well 3 weeks ago I was there and I've called at least 10 times since, been told no one had ever asked about this, been told they would honor it on 2 occasions but they didn't honor it and now I'm told sorry we're not going to honor it. This is so dishonest and wrong! Shame on you flexshopper.
I like buying from Flexshopper, so far no big issues of any kind, they are always nice if I have to call for any reason. I plan to do the early payoff to buy another item. I will continue to use Flexshopper for my rent to own needs. A special thank you to Cynthia in billing
Currently on hold for over thirty minutes with Deven, waiting for a supervisor. I am being billed double payments. I spoke to a customer sales associate Garry earlier today. NO HELP from both calls. A letter is the first step towards arbitration. They should be audited by the IRS!
I stayed on hold forever only to be hung up on when I stated that they were taking money out of checking account without my consent. I called back and they "helped" me by stating there was nothing they could tell me or help me with that I would have to take it up with my bank. I did and got the charges reversed only to have more money taken out the following week. I called back again only to be in hold for an ungodly amount of time... no one ever answered my call. I left my# so they could call me back. They finally called back hours later but I had stepped away from my phone so the whole thing stared all over again. They are taking my money and I can't get anyone to fix it for me.
I make my order on June 10,2021. Its been 2 weeks and my account on dashboard shows Pending, I haven't received any kind of communication from Flex shopper to tell me about my existing order. I talked to a Representative on June 18 to see what's going on and he told me "your item is about to be ready and ship" that was a Big lie because I talked to another Representative on June 23 and she said" I don't know where your item is we have to make a Teaching ticket you will receive an email from 24- 48 hrs" I'm very disappointed with this company. I told them if takes any longer I want to Cancel that order. Im tired of being waiting and they doesn't communicate with me about anything.

Aside from the fact that intrest and cost to use flexshopper is outrageous, I set up a payment arrangement with them on a weekly basis which they stopped charging the payments and instead drained my account completely

Do not believe anything you see on this website. I purchased tires for my vehicle through FlexShopper and despite making my payments within 3 months to avoid interest, this company charged me $115 on top of my original payment as a "sales tax". Absolutely rediculous. If you use this company please take heed and read the entire terms and conditions document or they will rip you off.
Lexei was nice, emphatic, paid attention to every detail & resolved my concerns in a timely manner. Speaking to her made my day & reminded me of why Flexshopper is one of the best at what they do. We need more dedicated Customer Service Reps like Lexei!
I luv me some flexshopper, affordable interest if u can't payoff your product in the 90 day term. I luv dealing with them, I've been a flex shopper for at least 8 years. My credit is great with them, I've always made my payments on time. They have shown there appreciation, by increasing my credit limit to $3000. 00. Thanx flexshopper, yes I definitely recommend this company to everyone.
With the holiday crunch, my orders weren't properly tracked and I had cancelled an order, but it still showed up! So I ended up with two items. I spoke with multiple people at Flexshopper and the experience was friendly but not very helpful. Until I spoke with Sammy. She was great and really took care to make notes, follow-up and make things right. She is the reason I am writing this review.
As for me, I'm an executive that operates and runs multiple companies. I'm fairly busy so the fact that I'm writing this review says Sammy did an amazing job! Flexshopper itself could improve in some ways but it's also the holidays during 2020 so grace needs to be given.
I called to make a payment and Ms Cynthia Rodriguez's take charge personality was amazing. She quickly give me a summery of my account and advise me on how to maximize my payments so i can pay for my products faster. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend the service to all of my friends &family because of her awesome customers services.
I have used Flexshopper for several years now. Up until this year, I never had a problem. I ordered an Apple ipad for my 9 yr. Old on 12/1/2020 and never received it. I called and was told to resubmit the order on 12/8/2020. Again no ipad was delivered. Tried to do a live chat several times with no luck. Called again and was on hold for 2 hrs on 12/18/2020. I was informed my order got stuck in the system between flexshopper and the vendor. I was told a manager pushed the order through. Christmas day no ipad. I am a single mother who can not afford to pay cash for something this expensive and that is why I use flexshopper. Very disappointed in them this year! Today is 12/28 still no ipad and all customer service will tell me is that the vendor still has not shipped it! SAD!
They prey on low income people and charge a ridiculous amount of money for something. Up to 10 times the actual cost! Apple Watch series 4 $1100. 00 wtf. The government should shut this and all others like it down! And the owners should be in jail! SHAME ON THEM!
Dealing with flexshopper was one of the most hassle free experience in purchasing my laptop. All my concerns where answered promptly and properly. The customer representative that I have talked to were Pleasant and polite and some humorous. JB was instrumental in helping me pay off my account. The conversation with him help me realize I was in good standing with flexshopper so I intend to use them again.
I have been using Flexshopper for a few years now. I have to say they are absolutely amazing! Whatever problems I had they fixed right away, and they truly work with you if you're having setbacks. I highly recommend them! :)
Be wary of this company, if you have banking or debit card info on file with them, they will put through un authorized payments on you with any notice. I flexshopper put through a payment of $300 dollars put through my account that I did not authorize and now I have all these overdraft fees from my bank!

These people stopped charging me for almost 6 months and today outta the play they drained my account now I can't even pay my car note I will never ever get anything from this place ever again the worst people ever. When you call you will be on hold forever just to get a simple hello. They all sound like they hate their job. I'm beyond upset at this moment. How do you just sit there and drain a persons account like that they pretty much kept charging until they couldn't charge anymore.
Customer service rude. My credit is bad and my child needed a computer for college. I'm paying $71.00 a week for 52 weeks. $3600 for a $1600 computer. Have made 33 payments on time and called to ask if I could skip a payment over the holidays and put it on the end of lease. They said no and hung up. Sorry I ever got involved with them. Try Katapult if anyone is looking at bad credit alternatives. Will never recommend this company.
Jaime was the up most professional customer serv/ personal shopper I've dealt with yet... An asset to the co. Honestly went above and beyond to make sure I understood my loan agreement and what it entailed. Also my pics weren't clear on my latest order so he collected all the info and was very patient with me and understanding realizing i was a new customer and learning how this works. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
