Just had some foreigner call me from Georgia, asked why I was being called at 9pm at night (live on east coast), call center foreigner attempts to tell me he's "in Florida on the east coast and it's only 6:30pm here so it's no (that's right he didn't say not he said "it's no") later here I don't know what time it is there where you are" to which I replied "dude I'm in New Hampshire on the same time zone as Florida and its 9pm, why am I being called from a Georgia phone number while you're even located in Florida" to which I get the reply "aheheuwizjfhri" aka random foreign chanting and swearing. Really professional characters there, also the best part? They weren't even looking for me, they were looking for someone who I would guess owned my phone before me, so cheers to the broken English, foreign language swearing and chanting and also huge props for keeping it strictly professional when I said "sorry This isn't j this is x, I don't know who j is but don't call me again" and hearing "no you are j" I'm pretty sure I know who I am, but thanks man!
Also calling me several times a day Monday through Friday trying to find someone that isn't here is really exhausting. (3 calls within 2 hours of each other)

My experience with flex shopper has been great they try to help you in a professional way they talk to you and solve our problems.
Ive seen $0.25 Lemonade Stands that were more operationally sound and better run. I work within the financial industry and opened an account to utilize the 90 day same as cash for holiday shopping. This company is unethical and manipulative in any way that they believe they can benefit financially. I have multiple recorded conversations of them attempting to breach contract due to a price change in the requested item prior to them aquiring it. Their contract states that the inventory acquisition takes place at the time the contract is drafted. They have admitted that they do not do so until the contract is executed, which is exactly why they would want to "cancel the order and have me place a new order". They stated they would not honor the terms of the original contract when the new order was placed. Ultimately they did reinstate my order at the price originally contracted but only after I requested to speak with management. My personal opinion is that they will be bankrupt in 18 months or less so while I certainly do not condone the practice, I imagine they will likely have a significant number of customers purchasing items with the hopes of that occurring. Also consider taking your contract to a local attorney, as my personal belief is that if taken to court, this will be deemed not to be a lease by definition and will be determined to be userous, which in some states results in the consumer being refunded all funds paid and keeping the item free of charge. The company nearly had to cease operations last year because their financial institution was requiring a significant injection of capital if they were to continue supporting the organization. Steer clear of this ethically bankrupt organization, as it is clear they attempt to prey on a demographic of poor and low middle class Americans that are financially struggling to make ends meet.

I placed an order with flex shopper for a tv. I would say two days later I called in to cancel the order. The customer service rep canceled out the order, emailed me a canceled order confirmation number. The rep also explained that the tv is in the process of being shipped to me and what I needed to do was refuse the delivery and the item would be returned to the shipper. I did that. I have contacted them multiple times about an update and confirmation for the tv I returned. I keep getting the same answer from different reps telling me that the tv was returned and is sitting in the best buy warehouse awaiting the return process and to just give it a few days for an update.
Ok great, it is in the warehouse waiting to go through the return process, but here is where it goes left for me. I reached out to the company AGAIN, for an update on the tv I returned, but this time I mentioned the upcoming scheduled payment that was due to be withdrawn from my banking account. The rep said he had to reach out to the returns department for an update and that was it. I also asked him if Flex shopper was going to cancel the payment that was scheduled for 7/9/2021 (the next day). He assured me that the scheduled payment was not set for 7/9/2021. He said the next bill date would be 7/16/2021 and by then my Flex shopper account would be updated showing that the item was returned, my spending limit would be replenished, and I would not be billed. The next morning, I checked my bank account and I saw two payments were withdrawn from my account from Flex shopper. I contacted them again, wanting to know why I was charged twice for an item that was returned. The agent then tells me, that the item is still awaiting the return process and that I would continue to be charged until the return process is completed and that flex shopper will refund me the total amount of the payments that was withdrawn from my account.
Unacceptable, so I had to go through my bank, file a claim, and pay a fee for them to stop payments from flex shopper. My advice, if you have canceled and or returned item(s) and are still being charged for the item(s), contact your bank and let them handle it.

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
