I recently had to get a new set of tires and they financed me through this lovely company. I was told I could make a monthly payment as soon as I made my first weekly payment. I need a monthly payment because I live on Social Security. They took out their weekly payment and five days later took out another weekly payment which I had called and protested, and told him they weren't to start my monthly payments until the fifth... well on the fourth they took out four weeks worth of payments! I told the guy I can't afford this! This is why i need a monthly payment and he told me to take my tires back where I got them! And I said I'd be riding on rims and he said that ain't my problem lady! So we got into it pretty good and then he told me he was the youth pastor at his church and yes he really was concerned about my problem LOL right! That's when I told him well then he better pray for me because I can't afford these $#*!ing tires! Well today is only the 3rd and I open my bank account and they've taken out five payments instead of four! (They told me if the month has five Fridays then they will take out five payments.) Hello July only has four Fridays and they took out five payments! I'm furious! You can bet they will be hearing from me!
My advice: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ASSHATS!
Worse company ever... says my product was delivered and it was not and it has been about 4 weeks and still nothing and still be charged... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have ordered things in the past with no problem, been making weekly payment for 6 months now, So I ordered and coffee maker and after I processed the order realized I ordered the wrong one. I waited till the next morning to call when the customer service was open. She said I will put in a ticket for them to get that cancelled for you. Later that day I got a email stated it was being shipped. I called again she said you can refuse the shipment or get it then ask for a return label. Well in the mean time I went well I will just keep it, called them back before it got here and said I will just keep it. It arrived I opened it right away and it broke,, the plastic grounds basket was broke. So I called again and said I could not use it since its broke and need to return it. She said I will put in a ticket for the damaged return. Well it took 2 weeks for returns to email me and they said they want pictures of the damage, so I emails pics right back. So my point is they rush to sent it same day but they don't care if you can use it or not. There is more, they were taking payments out of my bank account, no problem with that, but I just changed banks they same time the coffee maker came, so the payments that week were not paid, but I made up my mind I will not give new account numbers until they took care of my return. Now as I have said it took two weeks for them to get back to me about my broken coffee maker, but since the payments did not go thru 2 weeks ago,, they call me 3 or 4 times a day. They can call for that but not for a return that you are paying for and cant use. I was a great customer but they ruined that, and I will still not make payments till they take of this return.

Company charges fees for a hidden subscription when you make any purchase. This type of shady business is unethical and borderline illegal.

If you're looking to utilize FlexShopper for your next appliance or furniture set or other, it's not a bad idea. There are no hidden tricks or scams with this company. I've used them for several years and have only had one complaint, hold times on the phone. My experiences have been awesome. For those of you who left complaints...
First of it's basic simple math even a 5 year old can understand. If you sign a lease agreement you already know you have 90 days to pay off the item price plus $50 they take on as their "service fee." If you do not pay it off on the 91st day the "rental fee" is applied. Usually 1.5 times the cost of the item you're buying. Is anyone confused from this point?
Everything is written clear as day in the contract. Plus, if you should have any billing questions there is a toll free number or online chat option for concerns. Now, I agree if you have a double debit charge that could be a system glitch. If the amount is a lump sum debited, well in my experience the only time this happens is when I request a pay in full to be authorized. So not sure what these people are talking about.
In all, I usually pay off my items within th 90 days. Suggestions, dont buy into more than you can afford. If you buy something that costs $1000 make sure you can pay that off in the 90 period. Otherwise you could pay up to double that within the 52 week period if you just pay the minimum. And even though there are no hidden games or tricks, its still a good idea to read some of the agreement so you can understand what you're buying into just like anything else.

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
Answer: JoAnn you are obviously an idiot and CANNOT read. You have to look deeper into the statement you idiot. This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
Answer: Once item is ready for pick up, you will be emailed or it be displayed on your dashboard when you log in to your account.
