I was skeptical about it being new, knowing how some eBay merchants refurbish or buy seconds. I remained skeptical until it arrived and I checked the tape on box for any indication that it was tampered with. Once I saw the packaging and opened up the sound bar I knew the vendor was legitimate.
I am not happy with the sound of the sound bar but that is on the manufacturer, not Firstclasstv. I will buy from Firstclasstv again.

Bought an LG C8 from First Class TVs because the price was so cheap ( $1,000 cheaper than your big box store) with free shipping. After buying, I did have to spend an additional $120 on shipping insurance, but I still ended up saving over $800 on the TV (though it would have been nice if they said whether or not it was optional and they REALLY should be up front about this.)
Delivery was very fast, I was expecting it to take two weeks, but I received it within 4 business days. Brand new, in box, and in perfect working condition.
