There was an initial shipping kerfuffle that prevented the TV from arriving with the original time frame. The seller soon got it sorted but only once I had alerted them to the issue. Nevertheless, the TV did finally ship out and was promptly delivered in excellent condition. And a great TV it is!

Ordered the LG OLED65C8pua and it was delivered in 8 days. The shipping company they use is superb. For no extra cost they brought it into my house unboxed it and plugged it in to make sure it worked and also checked for any problems with the screen. Great experience from both businesses.
Shipping took a few days longer than I expected but the delivery was flawless. The drivers were professional and courteous. The phone call ahead of arrival was very helpful.
Shipping through AM Trucking was awfully slow. The shipper indicated to me that delivery was to be delayed for up to a week or longer. That would put the total time between order and delivery to be four weeks. I told them that was unacceptable, at which point the shipper changed the delivery to be the next day. Overall, good shopping experience.

My wife was home for the delivery. The delivery driver took down a large branch with his truck. The branch blocked my driveway and was too large for my wife to move. Additionally, even though I specifically opted to check functionality myself, the delivery driver opened the TV, took it out, plugged it in, had my wife sign that there was no damage (she wouldn't know what to look for), and left the TV out leaning against our couch with packaging all over the room. Very unprofessional service.

Easy ordering. Great price. Saved $1300 from big box store. TV came by freight which took 11 days which was explained beforehand to receive free shipping. No hassles. Worth the wait for the big savings. Love the TV.
