Delivery was very long almost 3 weeks

Delivery was very long almost 3 weeks.
I had to contact seller regarding delivery time, after contacting seller i received item within 4 days.
But with so long time waiting delivery they "killed" all excitement. I would leave positive feedback on seller, but now i can't, i dont want to leave any feedback to make seller look bad. It was careless coordination between seller and delivery company.
I finaly received item and moved on.

I was very disappointed with the so called white glove services. The two guys walked in with their shoes, literally tore up the package to get access to the power cable, left the TV half hanging out and left the nice the TV powered on.

Excellent price! Shipping took a while, 14 days from purchase to delivery day. But the delivery guys were very friendly and made sure I looked the tv over and turned it on to verify all was good. I'll order from them again!

I was uncertain of the price of the TV I was ordering at first (LG C9 65" TV for $1699.99 when the best offer at the time from Amazon was $2199.99). However, it received fine (the seller's choice of a shipping company called "AMTruck" included plugging the TV into the wall and ensuring it turned on and was without issues before ever presenting me with something to sign was a nice touch). I can confirm that the TV is brand new as advertised, and after running it through a series of image tests, have to say I even won the panel lottery.

Roughly a week after I put in my order, the price did go back up to $1899.99 (which is still a great price), so my advise to any potential buyers is to jump on a good price immediately. However, keep in mind that due to the seller's shipping company ("AMTruck"), and in speaking with other customers of this seller on Reddit, shipping can take anywhere from 4 days, to as much as in my case, roughly 21 days (Minnesota). Word of warning, AMTruck's tracking is very skimp on the details and updates it provides, however their customer service is pretty good (you'll just want to call in the morning to avoid long wait times).

In short, Excellent deal for what you paid for. Pretty much everything you need to know are stated and high-lighted in the web site (under policy). So read carefully and expect what to expect.
So the price tag you see on the web site is what you pay for the TV itself, pretty straight forward, once checked out, you will be getting a follow up call for the addition items first class TV going to sell.
1. Insurance: Just like what others mentioned. Shipping Insurance is required and NOT an option.
Consider this as shipping cost (plus insurance) might make you feel better, remember there is no free lunch, so who's going to pay for the "free" shipping with such a good deal?
2. Protection Plan: This is an option. I usually skip this option since the likely hood of using the plan is fairly slim.
3. Accessories: Skip this option and just shop on Amazon instead, or even your local store would provide a better option.
4. White Glove Service: Don't be fooled by the name "White Glove", read policy carefully and decide if you really need. Following are the key note of the "White Glove" Service I received.
- TV in boxed carried into the house by delivery crew (with shoes on of course)
- TV placed on floor with outer package removed.
- TV stand / footing will NOT be installed by crew. (that's why the TV has to stay in box foam, otherwise it will just fall)
- TV plugged in and turn on
- Say Good Bye to Crew

If you live on your own, and the TV purchased is massive and have no body helps you carry inside the house. This 50 bucks "carry-in & unwrap" service is your choice. Be prepare to clean up afterward thou.

First Class TV uses AM home delivery service, in which this could be another whole new review, google would provide a lot more info.
In short, the TV delivered within the supplied time frame (7 business day in my case).

Unprofessional at best!

We bought a TV on September 25th. Delivery on October 21st! The TV was advertised with free delivery. After waiting for over two weeks, we called (several times because they are very difficult to reach) and were told we have to agree to pay insurance for the delivery: $86!
But we were promised to receive a "white glove delivery" which means unpacking and setting it up. Upon delivery, the transportation firm did not know anything about it. This was a one time only purchase with this company for us!

First time I ordered from First Class TVs, and I was a bit anxious about doing so. My customer service rep was fabulous. He was very helpful with explaining questions regarding TV models. I was concerned about damage during shipping, and I was pleased that they had shipping insurance, and as the price was substantially less than I could have purchased the TV locally did not mind the extra cost.
The delivery service was very professional. Contacted me ahead of time, as well as when they were on route to the house. Unboxed and tested TV quickly.
I will be telling my friends about First Class Tvs with a whole hearted recommendation.

The TV ordered was delivered on time and it worked well until now.
The issue I had was with the 3rd party warranty which I decided to cancel within the cancellation period. It was really hard to get it cancelled and even after they agreed the refund was not sent as requested and agreed. It took some follow up to make sure that the refund was sent to me. Only after a few months the situation was resolved via paypal for a refund. I updated my review rating recently after all was resolved.

Bait and Switch

They also tried their bait and switch scam on me. I ordered the TV at a low advertised price, then by the end of the day they called to "confirm my information" and inform me that I was required to purchase insurance for the order. The price of the insurance drove the overall price of the TV up above other advertised prices, so it really was not cheaper than other retailers. It was a waste of time.
