I paid for the upgraded white glove service, but it was not performed. The delivery company left the tv in the bottom half of the box and left all he packing material behind. I was left to assemble and set up the device all by myself.
I called the delivery company about when the final delivery would be performed after tracking the TV to the destination terminal facility. I was told that it would be another two weeks before they were back in my area. I protested this and asked that they do what they could to expedite the delivery. To their credit, they made the delivery four days later after I made my call.

The TV was an amazing price, the cheapest I have ever seen this TV. The delivery took about 2 weeks but it was worth the wait for the price. The delivery people were helpful and inspected the TV before leaving to make sure it was in great shape. We had to contact the company to confirm that our television arrived but within 24 hours of calling them they had already located our shipment and delivered the TV to us.

Really was 1st class

Really was 1st class. The 2 men who delivered the tv into the house, opened the carton, and powered up the tv to make sure it was powering up, were very professional and friendly. After this you then sign for the delivery. I definately would recommend them, their company, and firstclasstvs.com

After reading other reviews we decided to purchase our LG OLED TV from First Class TV's. They offered the best price and free shipping. Great right? Except the hidden cost of shipping insurance. The TV arrived in great condition by a professional company. Love the TV but beware of the shipping wait time. Mine was 3 weeks from NJ to VA. A little long but worth the extra savings.

I had a great experience with Firstclasstvs, or ielectrica. The only thing that wander perfect was that the shipping was slower than I'd hoped for, but nothing extreme. I would certainly do business with them again.

Very pleased with the product, price and the delivery time. The only downside to this experience was that I was convinced to pay an extra $99.00 for what's called "White Glove Service". However, when the delivery arrived the guys knew nothing of this service, it was not listed on the invoice and I was told that they don't as a rule unbox and check the tv's operation as I was lead to believe. So my advice is to decline the so called "White Glove Service".

My wife was home for the delivery
June 24, 2019

My wife was home for the delivery. The delivery driver took down a large branch with his truck. The branch blocked my driveway and was too large for my wife to move. Additionally, even though I specifically opted to check functionality myself, the delivery driver opened the TV, took it out, plugged it in, had my wife sign that there was no damage (she wouldn't know what to look for), and left the TV out leaning against our couch with packaging all over the room. Very unprofessional service.

From ordering to delivery, I was very happy with my service. Price was excellent. Delivery was in less than a week, and item was delivered inside my home. Delivery men opened box and checked television. I was very satisfied. Would definitely order from them again.

Great TV at the best price anywhere

Great TV at the best price anywhere. Shipping was super fast but the use of a shipping company is awkward. We got a phone announcing the window when it would arrive (contrary to First Class TV notification that I would select a time). The TV arrived 3 hours past the delivery window with no notification. I called the shipper and they had no way to know the current location of the TV. Delivery was good; they unboxed it and turned it on to show that is operating and intact.

Can't beat the price but the shipping system makes for an annoying process.

I received my new lg oled65c8pua in a timely fashion at the best price I have seen $1999.00 could not be better. Communication was great service was also great it arrived exactly as scheduled. When I need another Television Firstclasstvs will be my choice.

TV arrived safely and was delivered gently. Pleased with the item and the actual hand-off.

Less impressed with the timing of the delivery - 21 days from click to delivery. This would have been more palatable had the shipping company's delivery estimate not been for a delivery a full week earlier. When the shipping company gives you an estimate it's that estimate I trust - not the one on the original listing.

Nothing wrong with the actual goods or the delivery service itself, but some clearer expectation setting would have made a big difference. Not a lot of acknowledgement of the issue from FirstclassTVs, either.

Everything was great except the "white glove delivery". They came in and got the TV mostly out and tested it. But they just kinda through the styrofoam around and I needed to box the TV back up, but had to figure out how they got it out and everything to put it back.

The TV is exactly as described and great picture. Overall a great experience.

The original shipping email says 3 days, which apparently is just a tease. Need to improve on shipping details guys. 3 weeks isnt too bad from order to receipt, but it isnt 3 days... other than that, tv wasnt danaged at all, and got a good deal.

Every seller has to have shipping insurance when shipping an item. Most sellers include it in the price already and charge you over $1000 more on the total price than we do. Insurance is not already included on the website since we try to offer the best prices in the nation for our TVs. Shipping insurance is a variable cost and changes based on factors such as location, TV dimensions, weight. In order to keep the price low and give every customer their best possible price it is quoted afterwards. For example, if Joe lives in North Carolina he may only pay 3.5% shipping insurance rate but Tom who lives in Oregon may pay 11%. If we made it flat rate every customer would have to pay the highest amount which is 12%. This way we can help our customers save the most money!

Some damage to box and Styrofoam from shipping, not the sellers fault. Does not appear to be any damage to tv. The tv seems to work fine. Very satisfied with accurate description, communication with seller and purchase. Quick shipping with some damage to factory box.

The delivery was fast and the tracking software for following the delivery truck was a nice touch. The driver called me when my delivery was next and he and his assistant were very helpful getting the TV into the room where we wanted it and turned it on to verify everything was working.

Excellent experience buying from FirstClassTVs! I was skeptical at first because the price seemed too good to be true. However I was very happy with the customer service when I called to ask a couple questions about the ordering and deliver process. The TV arrived within the timeframe I was told, the delivery team was very professional and courteous, and the TV is outstanding!
