I ordered a framed print on July 4. My PayPal receipt came through, but I never got a confirmation email from the company. When I had still not heard anything two weeks later, I contacted the company through PayPal as my saved password would no longer work on the website. I never got a reply from Fine Art America. Today (July28) I received my purchase and am extremely disappointed. The vibrant colors I had been attracted to in the print were dull and rather lifeless and the black "wood" frame was cheap plastic Have sent it back for a refund.
Prompt delivery, quality products with beautiful art work. I will definitely recommend this site to others.
The site shows the poster clear and exact, but when I received it it's blurry and parts of the picture is cut off. I'll never use FineArtAmerica.com again.

I really like this vendor! They have a vast selection from many well known artists. They carry many of the art works in various sizes. The matting and framing selections give you the options to customize the art to fit your needs. They take excellent care in packaging the items for shipment. Loved this print seen in an ad on vogue. Found it on line with Fine Art of America So proud, ease, lots of choices with or without framing, even choices of frames, reasonable prices and fast shipping. Was even more pleased when it arrived. Beautiful and ready to hang! Yeah!
I have left 4 emails over the last 6 weeks, and talked to the answering service twice (they know nothing and cannot help you, they just answer the phone and tell you to email them!) no one has answered or called back. I really liked being on here the site looks great and was easy to set up, but if I can't get help I'll have to leave.
