The person I bought this gift for was extremely happy and said how it would match her decor perfect. I procured a relatively large 2'x3' metal print as a test case to see how the quality compared to other similar art in galleries I had seen for up to almost 10x more. I was very impressed. The quality was beautiful and comparable to gallery art. It came well protected and arrived ahead of the expected delivery date. I'm very satisfied. I've already bought more from them!

Order a piece of art and it was delivered quickly. The packaging insured no damage to the framed piece of art! Overall experience could not have been better.
Fine Art America is a decent source for works by this painter. But two of four prints I ordered were inferior quality and had to be sent back. Because there are many vendors printing Sargent's work, it is impossible to know which company will do the best work. It's hit and miss which means added time and expense to return unsatisfactory work. Wish there was a way to know beforehand.
I saw this photo done by Peter Mangolds on a Facebook page called Wyoming Thru the Lens and found out it could be ordered through FineArtAmerica. I chose the frame, etc., and waited. When it arrived, I was amazed at the beautiful piece I had purchased and so happy to have this for my home.
Great communication thru all steps of ordering. Could not have been simpler. My cards arrived well protected and on time. The quality of the printing and the paper is excellent.

I've ordered pillows, tapestries and face masks from Fine Art America and never been disappointed. M favorite artist is Sandra Sij. Her images have a very high resolution and fine out great on large art like tapestries. The quality from this website is far higher than other sites like this. I have also uploaded my own images and gotten excellent results.

We ordered the album cover mug for my sis-in-law for one of her Christmas gifts. It was packed perfectly so it arrived in tact. The album covers range from old to new... we recognized most of them. I would definitely order another product from here again.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
