I was looking for something red with the superman shield referring to superman's cape, but the only ones who had something similar and special were you. So I decided to buy it. The only thing is that it was blue when Superman's cape is red. But believe me, I didn't find it red...you should be the first to make it red.

The quality of the images and materials they are printed on at Fine Art America are very excellent! The packaging of the artworks are reasonable but the way the shipping companies handle them is not. Most of the artworks I buy come damaged and this is true of most companies I buy from. I personally would rather spend more money for extremely indestructible packaging which is becoming necessary for artworks to arrive in pristine condition with the brutal handling of the shipping companies these days! I am so happy with the quality of the artworks I buy from Fine Art America and a satisfied customer! Fine Art America has been great about shipping me replacement artworks but some times it takes a number of tries before an artwork survives the shipping.
Good deal and good job framing, but maybe most impressed with the clever, intricate packaging. Even it were glass - and I'm not even sure they offer glass - it wouldn't have broke.

I ordered a piece by Jen Norton, an artist I've always admired. It's a Christmas present for my sister. When I saw it, I liked it so much that I ordered a second one for me!
We recently had our Divine Mercy picture fall off the wall at our church. The frame broke and the glass shattered, ultimately damaging the picture itself. I browsed the Internet looking through multiple Catholic supply vendors to no avail. Something wouldn't work; either the size, the type of picture, the price, the delivery date. Finally I discovered fine art. Com. I was able to choose a larger size poster that I desired, the type of finish and paper it was printed on and after looking through multiple options of images of the Divine Mercy, choose one to my liking. The price was acceptable but more importantly the delivery time frame was quick. The poster arrived in a very heavy duty cardboard mailing tube. We took it to hobby lobby and had it framed to our liking. We could not be more pleased! Other parishioners have seen the poster and been overjoyed. I highly recommend using fine art.com for any posters or prints you may need. They have an incredible library of prints of all genres available. You will not be dissatisfied, guaranteed!

I recently bought and received a beautiful thick wooden 4"oval ornament for one of my grandsons for Christmas. The art work is a male character in Asian art or something like that; it is his favorite thing. The ornament is very high quality & can't wait to give to him close to Christmas. I just bought a 2nd oval wooden ornament yesterday for the other grandson who is an avid Star Wars fan and loves Anakin Skywalker. Bought THE perfect ornament for him. I am extremely happy with the beautiful items and the price/shipping and quite pleased with FineArtAmerica and recommend highly.

I wanted to love Fine Art America but I've encountered several challenges since joining. The competition is fierce which makes it tough to get noticed even though I upload regularly. The profit margins arent great especially on cheaper products.
I have ordered numerous pieces from FAA. I have not been disappointed yet and don't expect to be. FAA is incredibly professional. Each piece has been the epitome of high quality and has only been matched by the care they take to ship the piece to its customers.
I will continue to order from them without hesitation……..
I ordered a pillow, it was beautiful. I had a problem & the customer service is excellent. I have ordered several items from them & have always had a great experience.
I purchased a mug from FineArt America and the ordering was easy and I received my item in just a few days. There are so many items to choose from, that there is something for everyone!
I ordered two T-shirts from a new artist I'm enthralled with - Manami Lingerfelt. It was hard to select which to order and the shirts surpassed my expectations.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
