I order 10 tote bags for gifts. The pictures were spectacular. The tote itself was very good quality and huge, 18"x18". The cost for the bag was reasonable, $24. All just fine. But, the shipping was crazy. They evidently have a per item price for shipping. Each bag was $7 shipping. They were in individual plastic bags and then all 10 were put in a plastic shipping bag. I couldn't have weighed more than 3 or 4 pounds. Total shipping charge - $70! Had I not promised these bags as gifts, I would have left them there.
The puzzle I ordered was made very well. It was very challenging (which is required) and when I completed it, it looked beautiful.
I needed a toddler tshirt from The Art Institute of Chicago, and found a great design of the infamous Lion in a heart shaped frame. This is such a great design, for adults and kids! Love it, great quality, and highly recommend this seller!
I ordered 4 different cards from an artist. The paper is heavy and the cards are beautiful. Unfortunately the envelopes do not match. They are thin and two of them had folds in the flaps.

This was just a beautiful card, gorgeous picture of a Klee Kai that my son and daughter in law thought was a drawing of their own dog. It was perfect! Free shipping is a huge plus.
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
Fine Art did a wonderful job with my order. It was received very quickly. They packaged it very nicely so that it arrived safe. Highly recommend this company.
My first piece from Art America was several years ago and it is a large, beautiful piece on metal. We paid several hundred dollars for it but if I had it to do over again, I would not put it on metal or I would order it on MATTE FINISH not regular shiny finish! We found that there is too much glare because of all of our windows that are close to where we put the piece so that has a negative effect on the piece. I now have other pieces on canvas that we love that are not problematic because of the windows. Smaller pieces of photography on metal are okay, depending on the location where they are placed. Overall, purchasing from Art America has been a positive except for my first piece only because I should have ordered it in matte metal finish or canvas. I now prefer a canvas finish, especially on large pieces!
Bought a photo print on metal. I obviously loved the photo, but I can tell you the print quality exceeded my expectations. All in all great site, great work.
The artwork that I received was spot on with my expectations. While not on the inexpensive end of the spectrum, I find you get what you pay for when it comes to dealing with fine art America.
We were looking for pictures of Utah that were high quality and that we could afford. While searching online for a place that sold them we came across Fin Art of America. Their selection of all kinds of pictures is amazing. We found several picture we absolutely love. Two of Utah national parks and one of Disneyland main Street. One nice thing about Fina Art of America is that they give you a great selection of what you want these pictures on from metal to canvas and every other material you can think of. All the ones we have purchased are on metal. The quality is fantastic.

I have purchased three framed prints from FineArtAmerica.com. The product quality is outstanding. The website is user friendly. I love how the buyer is offered many options as far as sizes, frames, and finishes so that the assembled artwork fits the buyer's unique tastes. My only wish is that I could afford to buy many more.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
