This review is for Baicalm from Liftmode. I originally planned to purchase the 2 main ingredients (Magnolia extract and the baicalein) separately as I prefer to have control over my dosing - however, upon doing the math the proprietary Baicalm formula actually works out much cheaper gram for gram than the individual ingredients, so I went with this instead.
The first time around I took 4 capsules and did not notice much of an effect, so I sort of wrote it off (it's worth noting that I wasn't particularly stressed that day). However The second time I tried it I was having a very stressful day and within an hour or so of taking 4 capsules, I felt much more grounded, at ease, and in a better mood.
