As usual fed ex shipments to me are always a problem, always have been a problem. This was so bad when I was purchasing stock for my business I asked my supplier to ship via UPS because FedEx was always a problem. That was in the 1990's. It's still the same. As I have said to them before "you are in the delivery business, you can't deliver, get out of this business you are incompetent"
I think I will NOT ever purchase anything shipped by them again, the hassle is just too much, even the USPS is better, ALWAYS was better. I will find someone who can ship with a service that can actually deliver so FED EX your won't be bothering me again! I also ship, used to ship a lot, used to use UPS, no problems. I use USPS too, with few problems but I know if I used Fed Ex there would be nothing but problems and a bunch of DOA shipments.
Your Drivers should learn to read. I have a sign stringed across my front porch, l Saying PUT ALL PACKAGES ON MY BACK PORCH. It rains on my front porch and the packages get wet and destroyed. I cannot get your drivers to put my packages on my back porch.
I own and run a business and receive trucks and packages all day every day with no issues, except Fed Ex. They are the exception. Many times I receive bills that are supposed to be billed to the shipper, but they they bill me, the receiver. That takes forever, threatening bills and letters from them, this is going to collections etc etc. Even though the shipper notifies them of their ( FED EX'S) error and asks them to please bill them they don't do it. This time they tried to deliver to our business at 5:30 PM our business hours are clearly marked on our building, web site and our answering machine as Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. They are billing me for a re-delivery charge of $ 166.00 dollars even though they came after we were closed. I tied my very best to reason with the many people I was sent to time after time, put on hold for hours, to work this out, but they were firm, the were here at 5:30 and we were not here? A very direct route. Finally I had a delivery scheduled by 8 pm and after shovelling snow and waiting for a delivery at 7:30 the status changed to DELAYED. An hour later it changed to BY THE END OF THE DAY, ON TIME. But again. No delivery. The following day I could see it had arrived in Canada and I got a delivery update. Today Before 8 PM! Great! 40 minutes later it changed to PENDING with no delivery date available. This is now Friday night and I see they do not deliver on weekends. I am waiting for a car repair part so I can't drive to pick it up and now I do not expect to see it until next week. When I ordered the part they said it would here in 2 days by Wednesday. Translation. At least a week later. Also you can not talk to a human about your concerns. Not the best experience, especially if you are waiting for an important item.
The delivery person NEVER RINGS THE DOORBELL AND NEVER KNOCKS ON THE DOOR. The delivery can lay on the porch for a week, no one uses the front door. At the very least they could come on the porch and RING THE DOORBELL.! There is only one step up and the DOORBELL is right there. These Drivers just throw the envelope on the porch and run away. The envelopes have laid there for days before anyone finds them. The job is to DELIVER THE ENVELOPE, NOT THROW IT DOWN AND RUN AWAY.!###
I went to FedEx store today to make 2 copies for $0.30. The agent asked me to insert a credit card which I did. It was a big surprise the machine took $10.00 instead of $0.30. I talked to the agent and he said you will get a refund immediately once the receipt is printed. After the receipt was printed there was no refund. The agent said sometimes it takes 2 minutes. After 2 minutes the agent said call FedEx customer service for refund. I called FedEx customer service and they said I need to call the store because they can do nothing. I called the store agent again and he said again that I need to call FedEx customer service. I told him I already did. The agent kept repeating that I need to call FedEx customer service although I told him many times I already did. Then the agent said I need to call my bank to confirm that FedEx took only $0.30 not $10.00. I called my bank and I have told FedEx took $10.00. It's stealing to take $10.00 instead of $0.30. I will never do any business with FedEx and write on my Facebook this story to everyone I know. I filed a complaint with my bank to take back my money. It's really bad reputation for FedEx
Whenever you order somthing and it's shipped by FedEx never go by the date they give you it's always the next day or later never reliable go UPS even USPS is better about getting your package there when they say they are gonna get it there it may be later but at least they are more honest about it.

Every time I see a company sending a product I ordered through FedEx, I am filled with dread because I know the trouble I am about to have to deal with when it comes to them. For 5 years now, this ABHORRENT delivery service never rings my doorbell and will do one quick knock then leave and mostly everything that comes through FedEx requires some kind of signature. The place where I live is upstairs and we are usually in the bedrooms in the very back of the apartment so there would be no way to hear a knock on the door. Now if this wasn't bad enough, the company now is refusing to do any redelivers and have now lied on multiple occasions on promising to resend a package. I already filed a complaint with the BBB but I doubt it will make much of a difference as they still have an A rating while being flooded with 1 star reviews. They are the WORST delivery service ever. I never have any of these problems with any of the other services.

I have never had issues with FedEx until this year. This company is extremely disorganized, you can tell that their staff is incredibly untrained and unmotivated to do their jobs. They constantly give you misinformation and information that doesn't make sense. I have been trying FOR A MONTH to obtain reimbursement for a lost package, and they have made me file 3 DIFFERENT CLAIMS. They have made me file a claim as a third party, deny it, and THEN tell me that the claim was denied because I am a third party. Why couldn't they say that BEFORE letting me file the claim and wait 3 weeks? It's sad because thE staff is probably getting paid really badly, so they are unmotivated, they don't care about their jobs, and just read the 3 lines that they ask them to read to customers. I blame the upper management for this. If you want a reliable service with quality customer service, DO NOT DO FEDEX.

It never fails, if you are shipping or receiving anything with FedEx, you can expect problems EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I have not had a single positive experience with these idiots that I can recall. The latest is expecting a package from an online retailer (unfortunately no option to NOT choose FedEx as the carrier, or I would have) which was supposed to arrive on November 26th, and up until that point, the tracking showed on time, having arrived at my local hub very early in the morning on the 26th. Well here it is December 5th, 10 days later, and the package is STILL sitting at the hub! Or at least that's what the tracking shows. Do they even have it? Did they ever ship anything at all? Nobody knows.
After calling the 1-800 number for customer support, all they can tell me is my best option is to contact the shipper and get a refund for the package. Wow. I wish I could build a business model to sell a service, collect money from customers and then just NOT deliver on the service I sold. That's quite a business model! Their profit margin must be insane.
I will use UPS and USPS EVERY TIME before EVER using FedEx. They have consistently been the worst shipper by a landslide. How they're even still in business is mind boggling.

Last month my shipment from chewy was supposed to be delivered in 1-3 days it took FedEx 9 days this month it arrives to the Waycross Ga FedEx building on Thursday he 23 ad put on the truck to be delivered on Friday at 4;27 am left to deliver but I didn't receive it went back to their building at 8;09 pm on Saturday why! Then they said it willbe delivered on Monday well it was but 2 cases of cat food was broken and cans everywhere what a mess if there is a delivery company that can contact chewy and work with them and deliver in the Ga aea please contact them because FedEx is not a reliable company
Customer service is a joke. Package never arrived at destination. Filed lost item claim, waited 2 weeks never heard anything. Called for update status and was told no proof of damage. I said my claim was for lost package. They said file again. Filed a second claim and waited3 nweeks and called back and was told to provide proof of cost of package contents. Done that and waited 3 more weeks and called back and was told package was signed for and they were told the signature did not belong to recipient I was told to get notorized signature of recipient. We are 8 hours apart. Nothing but a joke.
P.S. Item was signed for by some unknown person and delivered some where unknown. After 90 days I'M TIRED OF JUMPING THRU HOOPS. NEVER AN ISSUE WITH THE COMPTITION. Never will use again!.
