I own the Duluth Candy Company and was expecting a delivery of chocolate on Thursday June 10th at my shop. The weather was 90 degrees outside, Fedex was going to deliver to my house, so we had to go through all the hoops of getting the address changed to the business, which FedEx did NOT want to do even though my business is 4 miles away from my home. Friday, no delivery, Saturday, no delivery. I checked the tracker for updates and it said expect delivery on Tuesday! Seriously? Tuesday! I attempted several calls to FedEx, there automated system is designed to keep you from talking to anyone! Finally the tracker update is saying expect delivery Monday. I have a considerable amount of money tied up in chocolate that has been sitting all weekend in there dam Warehouse in the heat!
DO NOT USE FEDEX, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE!
Graduated from a college in town, the delivery date was pushed back twice despite being located IN THE SAME TOWN and ~30 km away. FedEx refused to allow me to pick up my package ahead of time. Holy crap Fedex is ungodly bad. You'll never get your package delivered in time, the drivers don't even knock before leaving when the package has a required signature, and USPS exists that does the job better for cheaper. I wish no business would ship using Fedex. I can't live without them because for some reason some purchases get shipped through Fedex. If I had my way, none of my packages would ever go through Fedex. It would save me so much time.
In my last review I left the tracking number to prove I was legit. Someone please tell me, are they messing with me? It was the same situation out for delivery for days and then I receive a text at 4:07 in the morning saying it will be rescheduled for Friday, This AFTER I had opted out of text updates! So, same horrible service with twists. Texts at 4 and 7 in the morning AND the package never arrived. This tracking number to prove I'm serious, **************656. THEY ARE SO BAD!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I ordered furniture to be delivered by FedEx and I had no idea how much of an absolute nightmare it would be. I have called at LEAST 20 times for each package to tell FedEx to hold off on delivering because I am out of the country and every $#*!ING agent has something different to say: "We already put the information there, they just have to process it and it won't be delivered", "The package for sure won't be delivered today", "We put some instructions but we can't do anything to stop it from being delivered", "It is going to be delivered today despite your request to hold". $#*! OFF! The employees have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what they are doing and every agent you speak to has something different to say. That's IF YOU EVEN GET TO SPEAK TO THEM. They have an automated voice system for the customer service that literally puts you through hell just so you can speak to an actual human being. They have no standards for proper service. My request is simple: hold off on delivering my packages - IT'S NOT $#*!ING HARD. And what's worst is that the employees, on top of being incompetent, are rude, lazy and just could not care less. I seriously would not wish it upon my worst enemy to do business with FedEx. Please please please I am advising you all to go take your business elsewhere.
I almost always have an issue with Fedex. They handle their packages horribly as I have received multiple smashed boxes and the deliverers ALWAYS throw my packages at my door hard enough to make a loud noise heard throughout the house. Either that or their so incredibly lazy that they do not get out of the truck at all and throw it out the door onto my driveway. This company does not care AT ALL about your packages or their service. So terrible.
When delivering m last package they did not even try to knock on the door when someone was home to get the package! Now I have to wait until the next day for something I need!

FedEx's service is horrible. I dread it when I see that something I purchased online is going to be shipped via FedEx. I live in an apartment complex on the second floor and everytime the driver never brings the packages up to the second floor. Instead they'll leave them outside by the front entrance or at the bottom of the stairs. I don't have the time to sit and watch and wait for the delivery and leaving packages unattended in a common area isn't a good practice. I've had a few of them stolen because I wasn't home and they refuse to do their jobs. I found that leaving instructions on FedEx manager is useless because they don't follow them. Just yesterday I had my monthly delivery from Chewy delivered by FedEx and wouldn't you know it, they left it downstairs. I purchase pet supplies from Chewy to save me from hauling heavy items upstairs because I'm a disabled, retired senior citizen. I had to fight to get the package up the stairs. FedEx needs to get their act together. If UPS and Amazon delivery has no problem with quality service then what is wrong with FedEx?
Fed ex claimed they left my package at my front door. However I was home all day that day and they NEVER came to my house! I even checked with all neighbors and my local post office. My package has never been found! Fed ex allows thieves to work for their company! Absolutely the WORST SHIPPING COMPANY out there!

So far the only time that their tracking works, is when you dont need it, and when tracking a package is needed, they could not tell you where package is, so why do they have a useless tracking system or lazy people who do not scan the items, so tracking has a small chance of working right on lost packages. I decided to order a base box from boxy charm for the first time ever! I don't have a lot of makeup and it seemed like a good idea! Mind you I order my package on May 2,2021. Well it said it could take up to 15 days to get to me! Finally I got tracking through fed ex and it said it would be here on May 17,2021 by end of day. I checked it again later that night because it had never arrive and the status got changed to pending well I called customer service every day until May 24th 2021 and no one could help me and most the time I got hung up on! Finally I got through to someone in corporate she said that they marked my package as lost although it still said pending on the website! So I emailed boxy charm to explain the problem! They promptly offered to send me a new box free of charge and said the contacted fed ex to see what happened! Well not even an hour later on May 26th 2021 I got a email from boxy charm saying that it will be delivered by end of day May 28th 2021! Well that's today and my fed ex tracking says it's still in transit! Well I called USPS and they said that there is no way it'll be here today like the fed ex website says! They said it'll take 2-3 more business days so now I've waited almost over a month for something I wanted to try that had great reviews! NEVER SHIPPING WITH FED EX EVER AGAIN!

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
