Purchased a Miu Miu tote bag and absolutely love it. I had been wanting one for so long. Beautiful bag high quality and it was so gently used I cant really even tell it isn't new. Shipped quick with tracked shipping. Saves you money and you can find vintage archived styles that aren't around anymore!
I've recently used a different company for another bag because I couldn't find the same model at Fashionphile and I was so disappointed - the bag came so dirty and packaged so poorly. However, buying a wallet from Fashionphile was like night and day! From the packaging to the quality and the follow up, I would only use Fashionphile in the future. You're already nervous buying a used luxury item (usually not cheap!) and I feel like Fashionphile really tried to take care of that anxiety for you.
The last time I ordered from the website, my bag came in very quickly. This time it took over a week to receive as there was some weather delays, which I know is out of their control but it kept rescheduling so I kept trying to be home to receive it. I received the bag yesterday and unfortunately, the hardware was listed as gold online, but it is actually silver. With Chanel, there is the gold, the light champagne gold, and the silver. With the lighting on the pictures I thought it was probably the light champagne gold, which is what I wanted, but it was actually silver and the description was just wrong. I am deciding whether I will keep this one. My last order that was listed as excellent condition is truly very excellent. This one has creasing on the top flap so I am debating if I will keep it. Also, when they shipped it, they did not put it inside the dust bag. It was just sitting on top of the dust bag in the box so I'm sure it moved around in transit.
This was my first time ordering from Fashionphile, and I couldn't be happier! The delivery was incredibly fast, and to my delight, it even came with the original authenticity cards from the initial purchase. I absolutely love my first Dior purse and am thrilled with the entire experience!
Got the Noir LV Alma Multicolor PM. It is a bucket list bag in my collection. For a minute there were no UPS updates and I thought that they had absconded with it, but it finally turned up after I reached out to both fashionphile and the UPS. It isvin great shape and stunning. Wearing it to an event in LA. Super happy with the bag.

It was my first time ordering from your site. I trusted the reputation of the site. Unfortunately, the "new" Gucci bag I ordered came broken! Once I took it out of the bag, the strap came apart from the bag and metal screws feel straight to the floor. It's a cross body, it's not supposed to detach. I couldn't reattached the strap to the bag. So I disappointingly had to return the bag. An exciting moment turned immediately into frustration and disappointment.
First purchase at FASHIONPHILE! And didn't dissapoint. The purse was exactly like the pictures and delivery flawless. I've always bought at TRR, but the analysis of the condition is pretty inaccurate, so I'm done. Love that found this site!

I purchased a medium Chanel Deauville and the condition was indicated as "shows wear". When the bag arrived I was anxious to see it but a little worried because all my previous purchases with Fashionphile were rated as "Excellent". After opening the dust bag and inspecting it; I found myself trying to fine issues with the condition of the bag. However, there aren't any issues; the bag is in EXCELLENT condition! So have with my Navy Chanel Deauville!
The product descriptions and detailed photos are easy to see. I would like you to add more item categories in the future. It seems that the selling price has increased since before, so I would like it to be a little cheaper.
For bags that cost so much, delivery shouldn't take more than 3 days max. Sometimes it takes 7 to 8 days to get ur bag delivered.
Fashionphile is the best site to shop online but they must work on their free delivery days. It takes too long
I placed the order on December 13 with a scheduled delivery of December 19-23. It did not arrive until December 27. I had to purchase something different last minute and I am now trying to replace the item and fashion file is not as responsive. I only have a limited time to return, but they are impossible to get in touch with.
I ordered the khaki color strap for my multi pochette. It came with the pink one. The khaki one I ordered was in excellent condition as advertised. Very happy with my purchase. This is my 6th purchase from Fashionphile and all have been a great experience.
I have been wanting the LV TOTALLY for years. But never pulled the trigger, constantly talking myself out of it for one reason or another. But I would find myself looking at them online from time to time. I came across FASHIONPHILE and found my bag! It came just as pictured, all of the minor wear was described and honestly, it's perfect. I was less than thrilled with the box upon arrival, it was ripped open, I videoed before I opened it but it wasn't their fault, it happened in shipping. Great overall experience.
