Since high school, I knew one day I would own a neverfull. Not only did I find a bag of a reasonably great price and great condition, but it's literally monogrammed with my first and middle initial, truly think I was meant to have this bag specifically!

Fashonphile's packaging is great, they give you a dust bag even if the item you ordered came with one already, the added confetti like paper is super cute and sweet. Fashionphile is my go to place for luxury items for so many reasons. First of all, they include so many photos in listings that are such high-quality you can really get a good idea of the items condition. In addition to the photos, the condition listings call out any flaws and in my experience, they are insanely picky. On Any flaw that has been called out, you will certainly find a corresponding photo of the flaw. As if that wasn't good enough, when you have questions, you can speak to a real person who will take even more photos for you and answer Any questions you have on the item. I always feel so confident and comfortable about my purchases for this reason, so I never need to take advantage of their great return policy. But, it feels great to know if something arrives and doesn't work for me, I'm always able to return it without paying some insane return fee.
I was hesitant to spend this amount of money sight unseen, but the fact I could return it was fantastic. The bag was exactly as it appeared in photos and there was nothing disappointing about the transaction. The authenticity guarantee is also great to have.
Very easy purchasing experience. It was a simple checkout process and the item was received within 3-5 business days. The item is exactly as described, however, it would have been nice if it actually had something from the actual designer/manufacturer regarding authenticity, as it didn't even include the the small DY cloth carrying bag it comes with…The only means that were provided of verifying authenticity was a tiny COA made by the same store that's selling the item, saying they verify that what they're selling to you is authentic… Which isn't exactly unbiased verification, but nevertheless, I do believe it is authentic.
