It was okay, i had to ask for additional pictures of one of the bags, glad I did it because the pics from website was not clear. I wasn't aware that I can do that with personal shoppers. I guess its a good thing I did because I won't be able to return the item later. I don't have a store near me, I will have drive 3 hours. The return should be free too. Just a thought for people who don't live close.

I wasn't sure what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. The purse was listed in "excellent" condition and was exactly that. It looks new but for a tiny scratch mark on the handle, which I expected from the description and picture on the website. It shipped from across the country and was at my house within 3 days. I will shop through the website again.
I emailed to ask a question about my item. I received a response requesting the item number. I sent it and sent it again and sent it again. Two weeks later I gave up. Then I found a phone number for Fashionphile and talked with Carly who went above and beyond to get an answer for me. The result was I bought the item. I've received it now and am very pleased with it. I'm having it authenticated before I give it the final thumbs up but thanks in advance.

I received it but I am a bit disappointed one of the glasses sticks is lose and keeps falling down and there is a small scratch I didn't realize until I pulled off the sticker so I can't return but I paid so much and there definitely NOT excellent condition I also paid $50 to overnight and so not worth it

I was very hesitant to purchase a designer bag as used but relieved to find out there are free returns which to me suggests the customer will likely be satisfied, which I was! The condition of the Louis Vuitton handbag I received was even better than the condition score provided on the website. It looks and smells brand new and im very pleased with my purchase! The confetti that was there when I opened the box made me happy because this is actually a birthday gift to myself.
