I paid for expedited shipping. Now I'm told there was a glitch, and you refunded my money, but didn't tell me why/what the partial refund meant on my order status! Because of this, the shipping was a mess and didn't arrive for my wife's birthday party! Very disappointed in lack of communication. I ordered this because u offered 2-3 day air, but I didn't get what I paid for.

I have bought 3 bags from fashionphile. My first 2 purchases exceeded my expectations so I had high hopes for my third purchase. While the bag is beautiful and was appropriately described physically, the bag STINKS! It has a very musty/mildew smell to it. For lack of a better description it smells like old person. I reached out to customer service and was told that smell is very subjective. But this bag and dust cover smell so bad, I had to take it out of my office as the entire room was starting to stink. I will be returning the bag.
I found the bag I have been wanting for a long time. I read the entire listing multiple times, looked at the pictures multiple times. It was the Louis Vuitton Maida hobo, and once received it was missing the actual bag tag with the LV logo. It is a large khaki circle with a punch out of the LV logo, and it was missing on the bag! I returned the bag the same day I received it. I was so diasspointed. I will say shipping was very fast with the purchase, but I am very disappointed with my purchase, as the bag is incomplete, and the bag is out of production so it is not like I can purchase the tag.
If there's no studios nearby to return you should not charge to return an item.
Overall the bag that I purchased came in excellent condition as advertised. My only criticism if you're paying thousands of dollars for a bag. Waiting 5 to 7 days to receive the bag is unacceptable. This should have been shipped overnight. I'm not sure if this is part of the strategy since there's only 15 days to return a product. But I have purchased other designer items from other places and receive it promptly within 1 to 2 days.
I found Fashionphile thought Instagram. I was skeptical at first because of my experience with TRR. But they had an offer for a Louis Vuitton GM Neverfull with Pouchette I couldn't resist. It was listed as shows wear but the condition was better than listed; for me, anyway! And it didn't smell! I received my order from The NYC store the very next day. The packaging was fun. I mean it was awesome! I'd definitely buy from Fashionphile again!
Upon opening the Hermes box the bag look to be thrown in. It was not placed in the protected Hermes dust bag. Very poor presentation and was turned off by it.

The box arrived crushed and I blame FedEx for that, but I think Fashionphile can use better packaging to avoid possible damages. Luckily bag was a little squished but overall fine. It arrived just as described.
I called the showroom in NY to ask for additional pictures and videos and within an hour, one of the representative provided me with the info I needed. Package arrived quickly.

It always feels like Christmas or my birthday when I receive my order from Fashionphile. I have never doubted my item's authenticity nor the condition of the item I purchase EVEN if the condition they rate it as is not "excellent." By my standards, their "shows wear" rating is like "great to like-new condition." Unlike other platforms, their items always seem to be in giftable condition so I am always happy when I get them.
Vintage shoes were exactly as pictured, if not better. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Love them.
