LV Alma BB listed as epi coqulicot but was actually piovine or grenade. Noticed that it was pink not red as soon as the box came.
I think it is awful that you now have changed your reserve policy and basically taking the deposit of a layaway. I think that was a great service your offered and most people put things on hold so they don't have to put on credit card and pay with cash.

Fashionphile is one of the easiest transactions I had when coming to preloved items. When I purchased my Louis Vuitton Steamer Messenger, it was listed as excellent condition. I received the bag and it was like new. A scratch, a spot, very unnoticeable wear, and a distinct scent of a "closet" in the bag was the only issues, but all is really invisible to naked eye and the scent can always be fixed.
My only issue is the shipping. My item shipped on 07/08/2024 but I received it on 08/01/2024. Although shipping was free, I would rather have the option to pay for the expedited shipping to ensure arrival of my item. While I was waiting, I was worried that it got lost in transit.
Pictures highlighted every minor scuff (not many, which is great). When the package arrived I did a thorough look over. I appreciate the transparency and quality of my purchase and the service of the Fashionphile team.
