Purchased a Gucci handbag that came locked… and no key to unlock it. Contacted Fashionphile immediately via chat and was advised to send it back at my own expense! I said absolutely NOT. I contacted a manager via telephone and she was very helpful in making sure I would not be paying to return the bag to them.

Reason for giving a 4-Star, is because the ring and diamonds looked much bigger than in person. However, it fits prefect, and the clarity of the diamonds is gorgeous. Arrived on time, came securely packed and nicely wrapped.

It's nice n cute but small. I hoped for a larger compartment but perhaps with the long chain it will suffice for now.
