So far so good, thought I had a promo code for signing up for emails but it didn't work. But thats normal! The bag is beautiful, only a couple small signs of wear. So glad you ship with a company that allows you to hold a package and pick it up! Cant tell you how wonderful that is! I won't buy from anyone that ships with FedEx!
