The Gucci bag is so fab, the Celine is really nice. I must admit, I thought the strap would be longer so I could wear crossbody. Great bags
Ordered a lovely Louis Vuitton bag at a great price and it was shipped lightning speed! Bag arrived safely, nicely packaged and was shipped with signature confirmation to ensure delivery. Longtime Fashionphile buyer here, and I continue to enjoy their selections, prices, and excellent service. Only downside this time was my 10% promo could not be applied to my order; apparently, there is an exception for items listed on the site for 5 days or less (per an associate.) As a longtime loyal customer, it would have been nice for them to waive this restriction. They said, I'm still happy with my purchase and continue to recommend Fashionphile to friends and family.

Your biggest asset in your company are your associates. To empower them while helping the customers with their inquires in a one call resolution is mostly unheard of now days. To delight the customer and keep them coming back for more is not something many experience. The amazing experience that customers have keep us coming back. Please continue to ensure your associates are compensated for the amazing customer service they provide. They are the face/voice of your business and must be treated as so. Jackie is customer service was such a pleasure to work with. I'm friends with a ton of luxury YouTubers and I made sure to spread the word in all of our chats the great experience she provided me. Please ensure she receives the recognition she deserves.
I have been planing to buy a pre loved bag for a while ( almost one year of research) and I came across this beauty. I studied carefully the condition of the bag and for the price asking I decided that was worth the risk. The bag came in Pristine! The "damage" described on the website was not even shown in reality, because it was so small. I can't wait to get another bag really soon.
Didn't come with "Fashionphile certificate of authenticity" as promised, also should wrap hardware such as brass zipper pulls in non-sticky but protective plastic to protect it from rubbing and getting even more scratched and damaged than necessary. Bag should have been cheaper and labeled as in good or very good condition not as "Excellent".
I am returning the product for several reasons. First, the screwdriver is in authentic/not Cartier second, the interior and exterior boxes were both damaged as described on the return slip I will submit. This was my first experience with Fashionphile, which I had heard positive reviews about for its authentication, so this was a true disappointment.
The delivery took much longer than expected, which was disappointing. Offering 3-day shipping would make a big difference and improve the overall customer experience. Faster delivery would show better service reliability and meet customer expectations. I hope you consider adding a quicker shipping option in the future.
Although the listing stated that a dust bag was included, it seems that the item was sent without properly verifying the collaterals. The dust bag I received is way to small (can provide photos if needed) and it is clearly a Chanel dust bag meant for shoes. Fashionphile might argue that it has minimal impact on the resale price, but in the secondhand market, collateral items like dust bags are very important. This situation also raises concerns about whether the item was thoroughly inspected at all—especially regarding authenticity, considering it seems like the consigned item wasn't properly checked before listing.
I was so excited to get this purchase, especially since my other ones have been beyond expectations. The bag pictured looks beautiful. The chanel I received was a let down. The hardware is very dull and old looking and not what I expected. I was very sad when I opened the bag and saw what it really looked like. This is my first bad experience from Fashionphile. They do have great packaging and fast shipping.
My bag was noted as excellent. Once received it was physically as described, however there was a heavy smoke smell as soon as I took it out of the box that was not noted in the description. Extremely disappointed. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke so even being near my new bag gives me a headache.
When I purchased the Louis vuitton delightful gm I wish the listing shared there was a scent to the bag. I agree with the listing that it was in good condition but the smell of smoke and mildew is strong and never listed anywhere. Which i know vintage bags have a certain smell but this one is not that.

The bag itself appears to be brand new. I'm pleased with the item. I think the shipping dept could be better. Paid for overnight shipping. It was two days before the bag was even given to UPS. Then there was a "delay" in shipping for another day off.
Was a great purchasing experience. More than half off retail price and rated in Excellent condition. It looked brand new in pictures and confirmed when received, don't see any wear at all. I paid the extra $30 to expedite shipping so I could receive it at my workplace. So fast, within 2 days of order, I liked that I had to sign for it as well. The presentaiton of the packaging was so nice, Official Prada Box, dust bag(s), official one from Prada and one from Fashionphile; authenticity documentation etc, and confetti!. Very thorough. It was a luxury purchase and they made you feel special in buying it! I will definitely use again when I see something that catches my eye in my price range and highly recommend to others.
Product was just as described. Great experience. Only complaint is i didn't receive an email when my order had shipped so for about a week i thought it hadn't shipped yet. With a more significant purchase i want to be aware of when it will be shipped so i can be on the lookout for it. Otherwise fantastic experience buying from fashionphile!
