Placed an order weeks ago. Sent multiple messages to company. No response. Posted on several review sites and finally received a response that the item was out of stock with no idea when available and was told to select another item. Sent a message to fashionmia through their site but since they don't seem to ever respond to those, also posting here. I want a refund of my money within 10 days. If not received, i'm filing a dispute with paypal.

I wish I could copy and paste my entire conversation with these people. Not only did it take 2 months for my Christmas things to get here I couldn't get any one on over the phone the entire time. When my items did arrive they were the wrong size. I emailed them to see what I had to do and there is an obvious language barrier because I dont think they even understand my request or what they are saying in response. They offered to send me a $50 cash coupon for writing 5star reviews at which time they would arrange a free resend and a cash coupon which also said that I could keep the items. Once I did what they asked they responded asking me to write more reviews and requested that I send the items back and they would send the replacements. When I told them I didn't feel comfortable continuing writing more reviews they stopped responding. Wow. So I guess u can't even return due to their 30 day return policy and I'm stuck with items that don't fit. Then by the time I get them if I do it will be spring time anyways. Not to mention they put me in a bad mood every morning they respond with some more b. S. I'm just going to give them to my friends daughter a write it off as a loss. What a waste of time! $50 down the drain.

I don't usually order online due to the worry of not getting exactly what I ask for and the company not responding. That is NOT the case with FashionMia! I ordered a couple of dresses and 2 were a little small (but beautiful!). I hesitated to write to to the company, but I am glad I did! It's awesome this hooded stripes bodycon with pockets. This dress yes love it. It have two pocket and a hood. When purchas please get A size up. I when. I first got this dress it was too tight. I send it back they give me a different color. I did call them and said, "its the wrong color. They are going to take care of that. Plesse get this dress you would enjoy it
