Poor, really bad quality in merchandise, sizes are too small. Customer Service is nonexistent. I managed to get a respond through Paypal for one of my items. Returned UNOPENED package to return address in CHINA. They responded that they were awaiting confirmation (or something). I never got a refund. I cannot "unsubscribe" to their e-mails because it is written in Chinese, even thoughI tried to messsage them, to no avail. I feel as though I fell into trap; gum under my shoe that I can't get rid of. Don't let this happen to you¡
I was skeptical at first but the delivery killed all my doubt. The gown came as advertised. I received exactly what I saw and ordered for.The fabric was of great quality and the design was fabulous. And I love wearing it.The shipment was fast and timely. Overall, their service exceeded all my expectations.
I would not recommend doing business with this Company. Their English is sub standard and if you get the merchandise it is possibly the wrong colour or size. They also advertise woollen coats but the fabric is a synthetic fake. Now that I have tried to get a refund they are trying to say it is in My Wallet but when I ask what My Wallet is I get no response. As with others the transaction with these people started last year 11/2/17.
Wish i had read the reviews! Items not recieved! This company will not refund back to my paypal account! I have opened a dispute via paypal. Fashionmua have asked me to close the dispute and they will refund... eerrrm. No i dont think so! Hoping paypal can help me. Do not hand any money over to this company! Ihave told them in at least 6 emails i dont want a credit note. All ignored!
I just noted they refunded part of the money for out of stock items, still $11.35 were not refunded for an item that was never shipped. Must be in a limbo between China and US. I think my previous comment help get this partial refund, but their cloth still sucks and they send you any dress size they have and put a Large label to size 1 cloth. Don't waste your money buying here, quality sucks, sizes are tiny, can't return without costing you a lot of $ and you must pray to get refunds.
Terrible experience, half my order was out of stock but they collected the full order amount. Then insisted on giving me a store credit instead of refunding my credit card. Here I am over 2 months later and still have not received either one, no store credit, no refund for items out of stock. The items that I did received were incredibly small. I ordered 4X and 5X, even though I'm size 18, but this clothes are not even a medium size per US standards. None of the clothes fits, they won't even fit to a 6-7 years old girl. I thing they put XL labels to size 1 dresses. Anything goes... The fabric quality is very poor, smell bad. DO NO SHOP AT FASHIONMIA. You will lose your money. Terrible quality, non US sizes and no customer service.
Ordered a dress as a gift for wife on our anniversary, and it was truly a great purchase from fashionMia, They had such nice clothes on sale that was just too good to be true and at a bargain price, so i placed an order and when the shipment arrived it was just as i imagined, my wife melted away in awe and excitement she plans to be a regular customer.

Tracking number /AWB was provided. Packed well.My new dress is just gorgeous and elegant exactly as described. Quality material, feels soft on skin and the size is right! I guess you've earned my trust and I will return for more shopping soon. I just love your site and the fancy designs of your dresses. Another aspect is the price: I've received a 50% discount which makes this stylish dress not only affordable but very very cheap.
The dress I purchased from FashionMia turned out to be more than what I had expected. The fabric is soft and is machine washing friendly. There is nothing I dislike than a piece of clothing that you have to use your hands for washing. This was a trial product and it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend

Waited forever for 3 open jackets and finally got them last night. Was shocked to see 3 jackets just stuffed into a shipping bag and not even well closed. But, when I opened the first bag with a jacket in it, this made sense. HORRIBLE quality! The material is a flash back from 1980s track suits. Nothing at all like the photos online. There aren't even any hems at the bottom of the jackets or the sleeves! And where they had no choice but to give you seams, you know, like attaching the sleeves, etc, they don't even come close to meeting up. Just nasty! I am currently working on getting my money back. I am going to sick PayPal on them. And I read reviews before I placed the order! Never again! There is a reason Zulily and Amazon do so well; because you can trust them to hold the retainers responsible and to sell high quality products. Lesson learned. I am just glad that I didn't spend too much.
Wish I had read reviews before ordering. All too small and terrible quality. Will not credit orders which they say are out of stock, money put inwallet for next order! They make it impossible to return orders, a total rip off and disgrace. They should be banned!
I have discovered Fashionmia through a Facebook advert and I am super glad that I have tried out this shopping site, The products are always of great quality and always as pictured on the site. Also the prices plus shipping are always cheap :). I love it!
Also they have a very good customer service, that can be easily reached and their replies are always helpful and polite.
This is what I call good value for money and excellent customer service. I highly recommend anyone who has never used this site to give it a try since I am sure they will not regret this.
The pictures look really nice. But when received the product, they looked quite different. Also the sizes are so tiny... not quite the American sizes, even following their chart. Will try to stay far away. No point returning if I have to pay for the shipping.
I ordered 6 items from Fashionmia at the beginning of January, I am still waiting for 2 of them to arrive and the 4 items which have arrived are just awful. They look nothing like the pictures of the products, the quality is dire and there are no details on how you can return your items and get a refund. I am now in dispute with them and have escalated via Paypal. Do not order from this site, the goods come from china and I think they take pictures of items from other catalogues and make them when you order them. I would post pictures on here to show you how bad it is but there is no way to upload. Just stay clear.
When I finally received the "dress" I ordered I was appalled by the garment received. Shoddily made, sized for a child even though the size chart was used when ordered. The seams were unraveling and were crooked in every way. This was a piece of trash. This company should be ashamed to call themselves a retailer. NEVER AGAIN and I will tell everyone I know what a horrible product this was.
We get 0 contact with them and we are unable to return our product. We received our product but instead of getting my extra large dress i got an extra small shirt. THIS COSTED ME 30 TO GET THIS DRESS AND THEY AENT GETTING GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK.
You need to stay away from fashionmia site. They are very bad business people. Their products' pictures look nice, but when you received them, their quality was so bad. In addition, if you ever cancel your order, you would never be able to get your money back. I ordered a dress, and I waited for 12 weeks, they still didn't arrive, so I cancel the order. Two years now, I still haven't gotten my money back. Stay away from them.

I bought a Fashionmia dress for a special occasion. When I got it it appeared to be a pale white poor quality piece of lining fabric. It looks worse than a doctor's gown. And every single piece of dust or a hair is at the moment on it!
