I had wonderful experience shopping at Fashion mia.The coat I had ordered,
I really liked it. I am going to order more stuff from here.
I, like countless others, was conned by the lovely Photoshopped photos on their website, and foolishly bought an elegant looking matt-black skater dress (which is a flared skirted dress- such as skaters wear, hence the name) with a lace trim for the not unsubstantial sum of GBP£26.84 to include nearly GBP£6 postage. As you might guess from the currency quoted- I am in the UK.
What I received is not remotely like what was pictured in that it is made from shiny cheap and nasty lining fabric (the kind you get inside cheap trouser pockets), had puckered seams, and had nothing remotely "skater" about it. I. e. No flare as per the lovely site photos.
I politely (you get nothing if you cannot be polite) contacted the company for assistance in getting a full refund for an item which is a) not fit for the purpose (the fabric is the kind which is very probably banned in the UK, as being a fire risk) and b) NOT as described by any stretch of even the wildest imagination.
This is where my woes really began- the "dispute managers" (note the plural) I had offered me first US$8 (note the wrong currency) if I kept it, then US$5, then US$6, and then US$5 again in order to, and I quote, "help" me "cut" my "losses". At no time did they take any responsibility for the mis-selling or offer me a full refund in that they offered to let me return it at MY cost for a refund of ONLY the cost of the garment (which they still claim was in US$).
I took my issue to Paypal when it became impossible to deal with the two "dispute managers" contradicting themselves and insulting me by suggesting that I had to "cut" my "losses" as though it was a case of me changing my mind.
Despite this- they persisted. I asked them to please keep it professional and on Paypal, and was summarily ignored on this too. So if they cannot con you out of your hard-earned money (it might not seem a lot to some, but I worked very hard for what I have) and make you just accept your loss- they will start to harangue you until you lose the will to live and drop it.
It has now become a matter of principle. If they were in the UK- I'd have reported them to trading standards by now. As it is, I have had to ask Paypal to intervene and resolve this.
I have never received the dress I have ordered and paid for on 11th of June.
There is no customer service available
I want to know where is my refund that I was told I would be getting over a month or so ago and nothing yet. All I want you all to do is do right.
I ordered 5 dresses and each got issues. One with cheap quality zip as soon as i zipped it up even before wearing it was broken (Customer service asked me to get it repaired locally and they will refund me $10 for which i paid was $25). Two, cheap quality material. Three, stitched thread was coming out making the outfit looks like someone tore it. Four, size was big (Customer service asked me to give that as gift to some one and they would compensate $4 for the same as coupon from where im not going to purchase in my life. Actual price of this dress is close to $10). Five, this is really heart breaking. It was a skater dress and in the picture it was woven with lace in the sleeves, front neck part till the camisole part, and in the bottom 75 % was with lace with a liner. What i got is where ever the lace is pictured, it was a real print with the same color. Couldn't attach any picture here or else would have done. This is so disgusting and cheating customer. This is what i couldnt digest at all. How can they cheat a customer by showing something on the site and selling different one? And that too the since most of the dress part was made of lace this is little expensive. What i got was something that a roadside beggar wont like. It was poorly stitched that the cup area was completely damaged and no chance of hiding this with any shrug. It took 2.5 months to get delivered when i checked they mentioned since this is a custom made it will take time. Hard to know that i have been waiting to get a bundle of disappointment. I almost wasted my 100 bucks. Cheating company. There is no facility to return and we have to bear the cost. Cheater cheater cheater. I have never seen or experienced such a worst online company in my life.
Would have been felt happy if i would have read the review in the common sites like this before purchasing. Please dont waste your money on this company. If you do, think that you will get some ugly clothes to clean your kitchen for the worth of amount you spent.
I have ordered dress, its a month now I still have not received it. Do not bother to order from them

The quality of the fabric is very poor. The sewing is really bad. Do not waist your money buying from them.
What you see in the pictures won't be sent to you. You will pay a lot, and will receive garbage instead.
This is a great website to buy clothes at. They have great quality items and are priced well. Really great website!

Don't buy from them if you think that you may have to return items. The clothes run small and if you send them back, they don't refund.
They show you one picture and you get something that is totally different. Cheap material, cheap product.

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!
Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

Check out other sites to purchase clothes and first and foremost read reviews online before purchasing. That was my lesson I took from this horrible experience.
Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
