Where Is my order. I ordered and you sent email saying they have been sent. I call CRAP as I STILL have not received my order. They to were for a wedding SO PISSED off.
The thing is they mostly display pictures from the internet and sent customers completely different products (slightly look like on the pictures). I am very dissapointed and angry. I made an order in December now almost May and I have not got the third item ( they forgot that I paid for it) They sent me horrible quality products two from three ( not like on the pictures and told me that it was ok) They promised return part of my money for those clothes but I am still waiting for 2 months now! ($10)
They never return money and write all the time the same. They think that customers are stupid and do not respect them. I left a review on those products on their site but they dalated it. They are waiting for new clients. And if you note all review which are on their site are published aproximately the same time and sometimes they write like "good jacket" but in real it is skirt)))))
By the way, their founder is in UK but in real it is fake (Ready-made company) and its director from Ukraine ( this information is open on the internet) and this person is also a director of 5 other compaties. As you understand he does not any responcibilities at all.
Ebay does not work with FASHIOMNIA ( it does not want to be responsible for it)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I bought two dresses and returned them for a refund per their policy. This was 10 months ago. Twenty three emails to them and I still do not have my refund.

I went on the site in March 2018. I saw something I really, really, really liked. It was for my son's wedding. As the mother of the groom and with 400 guests expected, the mother is the groom should dress really well. This dress I thought would be perfect and so did everyone else that I showed it to thought the same. I waited for the last minute which was my fault but when I saw this dress on FashionMia, I thought this is the dress.So I ordered it. I should be good, I have 6 weeks. I filled everything on line saying ship it to Canada. Soon I get a email something to the effect that they processes something and my dress is on its way. I thought Canada and they were shipping it to the United States. Well that's not good. I checked the emails again a few weeks later. The address is still not good. I changed again. About a week later I get an email saying I'm not getting the dress. This is 3 weeks before the wedding. They wants my personal info and a picture ID to reimburse me and directed me to a link to fill in the information. When I clicked in it it said the this site is no longer available. Regardless, I called the credit company they said they would check into the matter and take off that amount. No problem. As I told the credit card company I would have preferred to have the dress because I really liked it. Anyways the package from FashionMia came a week after the wedding and I said it came and I was happy. When I opened up the package and took the dress out, I said to myself. What is this. This is a bad version of a what looks like a $500.00 dress and came out looking that is worth $23.00. Looks badly made and cheap. I'm glad that I had to by another dress 3 weeks before because I would have looked like a fool. Don't believe what you see on their site is what you'll get. I should have gone over the reviews and If someone told me this I would have never gone on that site or ordered anything from them.

Sadly, I can't give this site 0 stars. I ordered a lovely dress. The email said it would ship in 3 - 7 days. After 8 days, when there was no shipping notification email, I wrote to customer service inquiring when the order would be sent. They informed me that the dress was out of stock. THEN WHY THE HELL DID YOUR WEBSITE LET ME ORDER IT? I asked for my money to be refunded. Today I got another email, all very cheery and wishing me blessings (I guess athiests aren't welcome.) This email informed me that they would transfer my balance to my "E-wallet." Then, after 72 hours (3 days) I can request a refund from my E-wallet to my actual card. This is an important part of the scam. You can order something else from the money in the E-wallet if you don't have the patience to way at least 72 hours, thereby allowing them to reset the scam of not sending you the item that they don't have. I'm betting that, when I ask for my refund in 72 hours, they tell me it's going to take on the order of weeks to refund my money. Note that the clock on this will start two weeks after their site let me order an item THAT DOESN'T EXIST! I predict that it's going to require PayPal and / or my credit card company to resolve this mess.
They have great customer service and are willing to work with u if you are not satisfied with your product

I'm appalled as there is virtually no service.
For the sake of all prospective buyers please read what I have to say!
Firstly there is no way of contacting, the company except by email. You can't ring them and you can't live chat... the second problem is the dresses look fantastic in the pictures but in reality not one of them was anything like the picture and only two of them fit me properly. (I placed 2 orders over 3 months and bought a total of 16 items) 2 out of 16 are okay... In addition to that - all items are made of the cheapest materials and one of the two items that fit me has now stretched and lost its shape after wearing twice.
Before I purchased I carefully went through the sizing chart and I chose my Size according to my measurements but even that can't work because the chart is basically incorrect. Thee next problem is that when your pay for your items - they don't tell you if any are out of stock... so once your money goes through... they have your money and there's no way you're going to get it back.
They just simply let you order and pay for out of stock items! I NEVER GOT A CREDIT FOR THEM DESPITE MY REQUESTING IT OVER 5 EMAILS.
The last point - but very important is this.
Be careful they don't dupe you into thinking that your first payment didn't go through. What I mean is - that when you pay for your item on your credit card, they will email you and say that the payment hasn't gone through.
Some people without thinking would just repay again thinking the first one didn't go through.
But in reality the first one did in fact go through and they just send you an email saying
"We haven't received payment yet and could you please pay"
So take this as a warning! Go online to your bank statements or transactions to make sure that you have paid the first time before you go and pay again otherwise they will have TWO lots of your payment and the way this company works you will never get 1 cent back.

I ordered a dress for my daughters prom. Never got it! This is very dramatic for her. Will never buy from this site again.
Order 1 dress in September 2015... never got anything... Send some e-mails, they were telling me it is on the way... never got anything...
I purchased 4 dresses and one jacket from this site, unknowing that it was based in China. The quality of dresses were that of a Halloween Costume! You know the see through material that you MUST wear clothes under, well that's what they used. The Jacket was made of poor quality material that literally tore upon opening. The photos on the site are beautiful and look like quality material and NOT what they give you. When I placed my order they IMMEDIATELY debited my credit card, and I did not receive the first two dresses until two weeks after, even though I ordered it express mail. They were the worst material I ever seen. I thought it was a prank. A week later (also late) I got the Jacket, which ripped as it came out of the bag, more like dry-rot, the seam just disintegrated. About a week 1/2 after that I got the final two dresses. Well I realized that reason they took so long is because they must make them as soon as they get your order, only using the crappiest material possible. When I emailed them to return them they said I could keep them and give them to a friend because shipping them back would be expensive. I wouldn't even let my dog wear these! Then they offered me a refund of less than half my cost. I said NO and want my FULL refund. I returned them spending an additional $65 in shipping (YES CRAZY) and now they say I sent it to the wrong place when I had returned it to the same address that was on the invoice that came with the dresses. Now Three months later and I still DO NOT have a refund. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM! DO NOT EVER TRUST YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. IT IS CRAP!
So this was my third purchase from fashionmia.com & it just went almost wrong this time. I wanted a blue color dress for my best friends birthday on 4th june so I ordered for a Chiffon Pure Maxi-Dress available there in blue color. It looked perfect in the picture & I just couldn't wait anymore to get it. I ordered on 22nd May (my order number- B*******) and it was expected to be delivered by 27th May. I mailed them on the day I ordered it that I need the dress on time for which they replied it should arrive within the specified time & I don't need to worry about delayed shipping. But I didn't received it on 28th too, called & mailed them dozens of times but it didn't help. Waiting for my dress, it was finally the big day next day and I lost hope that I am gonna received my order. Thankfully, it arrived on 3rd june & fulfilled the purpose of buying it. Dress was nice, everything else was good but I don't think taking 10-11 days of shipping is a good thing, specially when you are promising delivery within 5 days.
It took nearly 4 weeks and when it came was cheap material and was nt sown properly, but I suppose what did I expect for 20 euros!

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!
Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

Check out other sites to purchase clothes and first and foremost read reviews online before purchasing. That was my lesson I took from this horrible experience.
Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
