I would shop there again.

I ordered 5 dresses for my wife. It was during the Chinese new year, and I understand the delay. 3 of them arrived first. It is always tricky to purchase any cloth online but the quality was good. Unfortunately, some of them didn't fit. So I contacted the customer service through E-mail and they responded within a day. The response was pleasant and very easy to work with. They resolved the issue right away and I am pretty satisfied. I would shop there again.

I spent 87 dollars for 6 dresses and only one fit! The rest of them are really bad in quality and color! Their service is really bad, nobody answer the call in China and I just want to say this was my worst experience buying things online! Don't waste your money!

Worst customer service
August 23, 2018

Took almost 2 months to get my things. After I ordered i got an email saying I needed to pay an extra $2.95 in tax which really is nothing. But my Norton anti virus kept warning it was an unsecured site so I called customer service and complained. So much for 24 x 7 customer service after 6 complaints I have yet to speak to a live person! Worst experience Never again

Still No Package

I really think this site is a scam... I ordered on Black Friday and still have not received my package... I have been given a tracking number that hasn't been updated in 2 weeks now and was told by email customer service that I just needed to wait since international shipments take time... That is crap! I work in shipping and I send things internationally all the time and things that need extra custom checks don't even take this long! Be careful buying from this company unless your want your winter jacket to be delivered in the spring!

Waste of Time and Money
December 29, 2015

Ordered 5 items beginning October. All said to be in stock by website. 1 arrived mid nov, 2 mid Dec and the last 2 i cancelled 29/12/15 because was told items not in stock. Quality poor without fabric description or washing instructions. Not even a makers label. I've been told to wait patiently for the return of my money. I've waited more than long enough. Rubbish service, rubbish quality and RUBBISH COMPANY...

Buyer beware
March 20, 2016

This was my first time ordering from this site. What a nightmare. I ordered some items on 3.12, still haven't received them. They said it takes 5 to 12 days for items delivered to North America. The 5 days have passed and so has the 12 days. It's ridiculous that it takes this long. Why sell something you don't have. It showed in stock for all my items. If you don't need for a month buy it. Then I emailed customer service. They dispatched some items not all. But get this the tracking system they use is also a joke. After 3 days still showing no tracking info found. I wanted to wear this cute dress I ordered from fashionmia for Easter, now I've got to find something else. A complete joke!

I think FashionMia should be taken off the internet. It is a rogue business. Criminal charges should be laid. In January 2018 I bought 2 dresses on line. Received one dress which was of very poor quality. The other dress never arrived. Despite constant emails, I have never received a refund. Their customer service department seems to be set up to send pleasant emails to you with the real intention to stall you. Stay away from this terrible business.

You get what you pay for

Long story short, you get what you pay for! It's cheap. It's going to take forever. The tickets {problem resolution} will take twice forever. I was undaunted though because I spent a fortune on the dress I paid for ($30). Instead of sending the right order, I got a $10 blouse I'd never seen before. After 5 weeks of, "we couldn't open your photo of the item" I said do this right or I will make trouble. FINALLY, my dress arrived. It looked only slightly like the photo.

Ok, so I jus received my order of 4 shirts that I was so excited to wear. 2/4 are so small and really weirdly sowed. Very poor quality of fabric/material. There are literally strings hanging off the shirt lol. Oh Goodness Im just not happy with what I received. I thought it would be a good buy but actually it came out to be expensive since I won't be wearing 2/4 shirts. The other "okay shirts" are just that OKAY. So I'll be giving the shirts I won't wear away. Never again will I order from this place of deceitful cheap crap. :)

Please be sure to read all the reviews on FashionMia. These people are a fraud. They take your money before shipping any items, then tell you items are not in stock. They then want more money in order to resolve issue saying it's for insurance. They never answer their phones and rarely answer an email. They only reply by sending a link to pay more money for insurance. Say "Good-bye" to your money if ordering from this fraudulent company. I wish I knew what further action I could take (?)

I asked for a return/refund and they replied right away and were
Very polite and understanding. They offered different reasonable options
That I accepted. I surely will continue business with them in the future.

I can see that the company is very good at applying their own positive reviews, which is very common in any industry, but you are still missing some necessary parts of speech which makes your ruse highly visible. Thank you for doing this as it has helped me to avoid purchasing products from China, and believing the real customer responses. I wish people understood that we made a deal to provide free shipping from China as a perk to increase trade, and that is why they never want to accept anything back unless we pay for that as well. China does not pay our shipping costs, people! It is to their benefit to do this. Do not buy directly for anything, and this is why.

I ordered several dresses 2 weeks ago with expedited shipping option. Based on the their website, items should be processed in 3-5 days and 2-5 days expedited delivery. My items are still in processing status. They do not answer my calls at any time, although it suppose to be 24/7. It goes to voice mail. I put my details but nobody calls me back. Now I wish I read the reviews before I ordered the stuff and very disappointment of their customer care!

Not what you expect

I ordered 7 coats as Christmas gifts. I placed the order before thanksgiving and just received the last coat yesterday, January 29. This isn't my biggest complaint. The quality of the coasts isn't great, but at $25.00-30.00 while disappointed, I'm not too surprised. You get what you pay for. What I'm really upset about- the size of the clothing. The company is a Chinese company. This means all of their merchandise runs very, very small. I'm normally a very regular size 4- 5'6" 118 pounds and their size medium was too small for me. The sleeves were above my wrists and the shoulders we're just a little snug. There is no phone number or easy way to return anything. I would strongly encourage not buying from this company.

Don't do it!

Don't buy from this site! Clothing does not look like the pictures at all. What appears is complete garbage that we can't even donate! Don't use your credit card directly, pay thru PayPal and at least they can help you get your money back, otherwise say goodbye to your money and hello to garbage!

Customer No Service
October 19, 2017

Can't get in touch with anyone re; a return/credit. Not happy at all. They have a "photo" requirement for you to get a return label. Photo of what? The blouse on the bed? It's so small, I can't get it on me, so... Anyway, won't ever order from them again for these 2 reasons-sizes not relative & customer service-the worst I've ever experienced.
