Customer service offered me a 10% discount, and when I refused, he blamed me for not handling the goods properly. I definitely do not recommend buying on the farfetch website, very bad experience! I purchased a purse on Farfetch and it's been two months but I still haven't received the item. Customer service was responsive at the start - that they will undertake an investigation which may take up to 15 days. 15 days later, I asked for an update. I demanded a refund (USD 2,085.80). I have been repeatedly asking for an update since then but still haven't gotten a response.
Within seconds of confirming my order I got another email cancelling my order due to some dubious verification requirements. I used my AmEx card. Either the credit card is accepted or rejected, what verification requirements are they talking about? Meanwhile I see a $1250 order pending on my AmEx account while Farfetch says it will take up to 14 days for a refund. This company strikes me as a scam. Stay away.
Cancelled my order for no reason and then said it was my fault. I didn't trust the reviews and it was a big mistake! Everyone that wants to order designer brands PLEASE order from East Dane, Mr. Porter or Luisaviaroma. Those sites have provided excellent service everytime!
Not only is the utilization of the website easy to navigate and check-out but the updates on my order were spectacular and I received an additional link within the FarFetch shipping confirmation e-mail to be able to track my packages whereabouts along with an expected delivery window. Unfortunately not all items worked out but even the return process is simplified and all documents required for the return (internationally) are provided and once you log the return within your account on the website, it allows you the option to schedule a pick up or drop the package off yourself. I am a repeat customer and have been very happy with my experience at FarFetch!

Hi people of the world. I have bought a jumper online from Farfetch that has a price US$272. I called Farfetch and they told its inclusive all duties and taxes. When I bought it they charged me $US 392. I never mind as it's international purchase so understandable but when my dad received it in overseas he had to pay US$300 extra and they said it's import duty and tax. This is ridiculous. They misinformed me and when I called them and explained my issue they simply refused and said don't buy it online next time. What a bull$#*! customer service. I can guarantee you if you buy from Farfetch you will have to pay two times more than the actual price. Hope my review helps everyone
I made my first purchase from Farfetch about two years ago when they did not have a phone number to reach them, nor did they have a customer service email. I browsed the reviews and the majority was negative. I still decided to go ahead and order from them because it was only at Farfetch where I could find an item I was looking for. I never regretted doing that and became a repeated customer ever since. Over the last two years they develop into a larger company with prompt customer service (now they have a phone number, online chat and email:-) and a wide selection of brand names hard to find anywhere else. What makes them unique is that they source their stock from various stores around the globe, so the selection is very diverse. Another good thing is that Farfetch sends DDP and you don't have to pay customs duties and fees upon delivery. They even have a promo for free shipping sometimes - that makes the purchase even sweeter!
I purchased a $600 'Marc Jacobs' hand bag from this site. Within 3 months the hardware had tarnished. When I contacted them they said they would contact their 'supplier' they came back and said there was nothing they could do except off me a 10% refund. Do not purchase from this site.
All my purchases with Farfetch went perfectly - they arrived very quickly, professionally. I am satisfied with the service and they are for every recommendation. Everything is of high quality and does not differ from the picture or presentation!
Bought $500 sneakers. Faulty after wearing 3 times. Farfetch who are happy to take my money did not accept responsibility. Blamed brand supplier for 3 months delay to look at my request for replacement or refund. Without even asking to have to shoes returned to assess damage they decide its down to wear and tear and decline compensation. Farfetch do not accept responsibility and take the " not my problem" approach. Any other retailer would inspect the shoes and then come to a decision. Sorry to have to put Farfetch into my " unprofessional and never purchase from them again" basket.

My item was not deliver but farfetch had already charged me the full amount of my purchase before shipment and also later i found out that my order status"active order" had moved/changed to "order history" (delievered) and that means they had claimed item was delivered which is not true.
I had raised the issue and requested them to investigate however no response from their team, in my point of view they have no business etiquette and should I claimed this a cheating case? I will not buy from them again, is really a bad experience!
As a follow up to the unilateral cancellation of my first order on Farfetch, I would like to add that I received wonderful help from their customer service representative. She was very polite and promptly replied my emails and to my surprise the product I had ordered became available. I then quickly placed my order and this time their system showed that the product has been delivered to the shipper and that I will be expecting to receive my product in 3 days. Hence kudos to Farfetch's customer service representative Ms Carolina.
Excellent service, great and caring customer support! My order was on customs hold up for a week and I had to pay another 100 euros to get it. But it was my fault because I wasn't informed enough about import duties in my country. Customer support contacted me couple of times to see if everything was fine and to ask if they could help releasing my package from customs faster. Package came in a big Farfetch box, nicely packed. Overall great experience, would recommend Farfetch to anyone! :)
If you want to treat yourself or a loved one to boutique fashion, Farfetch is a good option.
Of course it's insanely expensive but every aspect of the service is close to excellent. Choose carefully, spend wisely and remember they have a fast turnaround on returns.
I order a pair of balmain Jeans through the site that was never delivered even after a month of there being no history of delivery in farfetch system they still refused to give me a refund and stated "the package might get to me one day"
If you return an item you can't get your money refunded. Customer service is nonexistent. There is no management. Impossible to get them on the phone. Emails are not answered. Finally I called my credit card company & disputed the charges. I subsequently had a new charge on my account that was totally unauthorized & never delivered. I had to have my my account blocked so Farfetch could no longer put charges through. STAY AWAY!

Mostly I'm very happy with Farfetch, but when you need customer service to act and solve a problem your frustration level gets high.
I received an item and need to return it. Farfetch order system is not updated and shows the item is still on its way to me. As long as the status is not "Delivered" I cannot use the return procedure. Send several emails, but no response nor an updated order status. How can one possibly sent back an item within the recommended 7 days when the order system fails and Farfetch customer service doesn't act?

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
