I ordered a Christmas package on Farfetch that was supposed to arrive by 12/16. It didn't arrive in time. I called Farfetch a few times and was told it should arrive before I left for holidays. I left the country on 12/19 it still didn't arrive. I called Farfetch a few times to ask that the package be delivered to a Fedex location for me to pick up. They were not helpful and said they couldn't do that. FedEx dropped off my package to the WRONG unit while I was on holiday and some random person signed for it. Now I have to file a lost package claim, and wait 2 weeks to MAYBE get $380 for something I didn't even get. I'm also without a Christmas gift... thanks a lot!
My order came in good condition and was delivered really fast considering it came all the way from Poland. The packaging really shows that the product was handled with care. Overall, it was a really good experience.
I discovered the Premiata brand in Milan. It's very special because it's not available retail in the USA. Thanks to Farfetch, I have easy access to the global fashion marketplace. Simple processing and rapid shipping works for me.
They have a very pretty site and everything, but the products aren't what they tell you. I ordered there on Black Friday and received my order a few days ago. I spotted pretty quickly that even though it was well made. It's a fake. I sent them a mail 2 days later (2 days ago by now) about this and that I want to return the product, but they didn't reply to my request.
I want to have my money back and the correct address I can get the return to before the 2 week period ends but they don't answer that quickly at all.
I just received my Chie Mihara shoes today and they are wonderful. The product description was accurate and the overall service was excellent. In addition, the price was very competitive and delivery required a signature, which I appreciate (for extra security).
I bought on line and happy about my purchase. Only after two days they contacted me saying they wanted ID and credit card picture. I called my bank explaining all and they said the amount needed was at farfetch's disposal who had either to accept or reject it. At the end farfetch accepted the amount and just after cancelled my order saying the refund would have been transferred in 14 days. They could reject the amount immediately if they had doubt about my payment but they took the money and kept in their account for 14 days. A big waste of time and money. The amount was aver 1000£ and would have matured interests in my account.

I received the wrong item a couple weeks ago from Farfetch.com, the customer service Agent by the name of the Daniah K. Was rudest person I have ever spoke with the supervisor by the name of Shawn Bradford was a b i t c h giving me attitude. I spent 7,000 on my order for this service. NEVER shopping with them again!

Ordered a dress and a pair of shoes. At the end dress was not available and shoe were dirty and marked. Shoes were over 1000 usd and they were dirty and scuffed?!
Horrible customer service, I felt like i was talking to myself. E-mailed the customer service and did not get anywhere. I should not be charged for shipping customers and duties if the product was faulty.

Purchased two items from them, one of which arrived substantially late, and the other, arrived with only an EMPTY box, that is right, an EMPTY box without actual item. How ridiculous!? The most disgusting online shopping experiences ever. After contacting their customer service, they are STILL investigating after weeks! LOL, stay away from this scam site!

They changed pricing policy and instead of showing prices in Euro as it was before, are now showing in my local currency and with a reiddiculus convertion fee which is almost 10% worse than if convertion to Euro would be done by my bank which means that for items worth 1000 Euro in my basket I have to pay the equivalent of 1100 Euro in my currency (!).
Guess what, even when all items in my basket come from Italy, France and Germany (so the prices are natively in Euro) and my card is in Euro, I still can not pay in Euro, they won't let changing currency. Isn't this a discrimination? They found a new way to make extra profit, converting currencies.
It's better to shop directly from boutiques.

I have bought a pair of nike air max 90, it wasn't specified if the model is for women or men so i called the customer service and they said it was for men hence i bought a size smaller. When arrived i found out the model was for women, the shoes were way too small and now the size i need is not available anymore.
I was given shoes that were damaged and the suede was damaged and dirty. I hope the boutique that gave me these shoes is removed from the farfetch team as the condition the shoes were given to me are in no way acceptable as brand new.

I can't believe it. I got the best price ever, ordered it on Sunday and it shipped from Italy arriving USA Thursday.

Suggest the merchandise (tote, purse, etc) be sealed in plastic inside the box in case it gets wet when DHL drops the box at front door in the rain.
Purchased Paris Texas mules as a birthday present - size was way off despite claiming similar size to Jimmy Choo / Louboutin. Called to request a return / replacement as outside of 14 day return period and zero flexibility offered. Manager simply re-stated their policy and was not willing to consider any additional effort to contact Paris Texas to replace the show. Return request was a month after delivery but with all the challenges of COVID no concern / flexibility shown - compare these guys with pret-a-porter and they are a very distant second. Will never consider purchasing again
Purchased a 1780$ CAD bag in beginning of Dec, leather received with strong chemical smell, along with a rip on the leather, almost suspected the bag to be a fake, thus it was returned the next day. I checks the return tracking every day, in 4 days, the bouquet stocked my returned bag back with a higher price! Now it's been almost a month, STILL NO REFUND. Contacting customer service does not help at all! Considering me spending 1780$ to warn everyone to stay away from the site.

Your company ruined my Fiancé's birthday, sent me the wrong item, and took 6 days to tell me they still couldn't find out what was happening. Your customer service is deplorable and then my fiancé walked in the house while I'm on the phone trying to get his order fixed after your company sent the wrong item. Then you offer me 20% off for ruining his birthday present... Worst customer service ever. Never ordering from you again.
I ordered a philipp plein sweatshirt before that if i send any question they were helpful when i buy it no body answer me. They ask from me to pay 126$ taxes and duties and they mention before that taxes and duties are included i tried to call from 4 days no body answer i sent 4 mails no answer.
Farfetch used to be the site to go to get better prices than the stores in the US. They since have increased all their prices to match the prices of the stores in the US. I would rather give my business to all US based stores where you would definitely get better service.

As it says on the tin. My order was delivered swiftly and emailed to track the order. The service was good and the order was delivered quickly and tha packaging was environmentally friendly with an option to recycle the packaging
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
