I was searching the internet to get discounted or less priced tickets to fly to Sweden. It was month end and I had to depend on my saving and hence a less priced ticket is what would help me best. This website provided a great deal.

I have used this website three times and my friend has used it more than me. When I booked tickets for myself for destinations like Sweden and England I got good discount deals. Even my friend shared that he too received his tickets to Paris for a discounted price. It’s a good website to book your tickets.
Terrible customer service.
I booked a trip to Europe with them. I opted into getting travel insurance and paid extra $50 through faregeek. 2 days later insurance provider charged me separately and insurance now totalled to $100. Insurance company advised me to deal with faregeek. I contacted faregeek and requested a refund a month ago. I have yet to receive it. FTC is now aware.
As a business traveller knew my flights could change so paid extra for free 100% satisfaction flight rescheduling privilege. I had to reschedule- desired flight still listed for same fare- they wanted $1275 to reschedule for one week. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Trip Advisor shame on you, my most trusted travel website, for being affiliated with such a low life company.
I was hoping to get a cheap flight deal for Dubai as I wanted to make it to the Dubai Shopping Festival 2016. All other travel websites were quoting a price more than my estimated budget. This website gave me the deal that was best for me. Loved it totally.

Same as others, they cancelled my flight and a 500 dollar flight ended you at 1100, worst ever by a clear mile. Avoid like the plage! Customer service is terrible! Really angery, eventually the agreed to pay my 267 bacteria, week later no sighn of it! Must be another hour on the phone for me :(
One of the most appalling experiences I've ever had with an online company.
I booked a flight which was cancelled without any notice - then I was sent 3 separate customers credit card details by email by mistake.
I can only assume it also happened to me too, because shortly after using them I found fraudulent transactions on my card appear.
Avoid this site - go to orbitz.com, flightcenter.com (they'll price match any flight you find), expedia.com or any other site aggregator instead.
I used bookingbuddy.com to find a flight for one of my sales reps. Booked the flight on faregeek (agaisnt my better judgement), received confirmation and confirmation number then got 2 separate emails confirming my flight. The day my rep arrives at the airport, the United agent tells him that his ticket was cancelled by faregeek... WTF? I call them they tell me yeah sorry we had technical difficulty so we cancelled it without informing you, but maybe your spam/junk box received the email. I explained that no I had nothing in my spam/junk box. The rude and ignorant (not the real word I would use) representative tells me "Oh maybe we tried calling you." Had to re-book my sales rep on a later flight same day with the airline for double the price! This site should be shut down! Scam artists who hire ignorant people who don't know the meaning of customer or service! Im being nice here, what I really want to say is not so PG! Criminals!
No customer Service. Sit on hold for hours and NEVER speak to one person, just hours of a recordung telling me I'm a valued customer! My fiance flight left without hum because his "open ticket" was never confirmed, because Faregeek doesnt follow through with customers after they get the money. Never again
I book a trip to Bangkok with them for about $500 less than the competition. After reading the reviews, I was really concerned. I did try to contact them via email and phone and both times they responded promptly to my questions and requests. The price the quote me was accurate and they did not try to sell me anything else. I will buy from them again.
I needed to talk to customer care department for solving my log in and registering credential information. My password seemed to be not working and neither was I able to create a new log in id. I dialled the customer care number and a young lady picked the call and solved this issue within 30 minutes. That was very helpful.
I was just casually browsing through this website. It was recommended to me by my friend. Since I was making plans for a solo tour & was looking at a good deal, I booked my cheap flights to Lima from this website. I got the tickets for a real good price lesser than the other options I had in hand.
My flights from London to Vancouver were cancelled in 2020 because of covid and I was told a voucher would be valid for future use.
After literally hundreds of emails I managed to secure flights the following summer for the same trip, however Faregeek told me it would not be the direct flight that I originally bought -I would have to stopover in Calgary before travelling on to Vancouver. I didn't want to do this, so said I would just use the portion to go to Calgary and not wait for a connecting flight to Vancouver.
The company are now trying to claim £259 for a change of route even though it was due to them not being willing to uphold the original direct flight which my voucher was for - all I did was not want to use the second flight -this was cheaper for them. They didn't charge this extra at the time, but today contacted me out of the blue, nearly 6 months after I got home, demanding payment. When I told them I would not be paying a random person calling me over the phone, 6 months after the service was delivered, they said they were going to make sure all airlines block me from flying with them. As funny as it is that this company thinks it holds the power to do this, as only the Government do, others may well have felt bullied into paying the money. Avoid this company at all costs.
One of the worse experiences I've ever had. Half of the crew on the phone don't speak proper english, they are rude, and put you on hold for way too long.

I have been using this website to get my flight tickets for most of my solo travel tours. I have bought tickets for places like Jordan, Egypt, Russia and Australia. I have always received standard and decent services, the prices were standard and sometimes I received a good discount as well. Overall I find this website dependable.
My credit card info was stolen the night after using this site. The bank notified me immediately to ask if i would authorize hotel stays and a few watch purchases in California. Pfft. Im in Texas! The representative said this never happens and there must have been a leak somewhere, sometime from their site this weekend. It seemed really sketchy because I hadn't yet let the customer rep know I was even accusing faregeek. He kind of freaked out and said, "oh there must have been a leak, is this your number, we will call you back immediately." I didn't have any fraudulent purchases actually made, because of the bank's security, but it was really scary knowing someone got my info from this site. I don't know. I might try to use them again for the cheap flights, but only because of my bank's security.
