I've ordered from FansEdge.com several times through the years. There website is super easy to use. Everything I've ever ordered from them had been excellent quality. Shipping is reasonable usually in a week or so.
I ordered a gift for my daugther, a college hoodie, that took 12 days to arrive via FedEx, from Jacksonville, FL to outside of Chicago. Patently ridiculous. Yes, it's true, FedEx sucks, it would screw up a one car funeral and its cadre of Subic Bay PI residual customer service repressentatives are inept and incompetent, but even FedEx should find a way to effectuate a 1100 mile shipment in less than 12 days. I had to pinch myself and remember that my order was to terminate in the Continent U. S and not Chad, Niger or the Isle of Man. Pathetically poor customer service. Negative five (-5) stars would be 6 too many for this organization.

T-shirt was thin and cheap, I ordered a large and it was way too small, more like a medium. My entire order came to $45.23 and I only received a refund of $33.10. They charged me $12.13 for shipping back a T-shirt! They do not let you return via your own shipping method. You either get your shipping deducted or you have to take the return in a store gift card to purchase more poor quality items.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

I requested a return for two items on 10/08/20 and since I had two separate orders I had to print two shipping labels and they charged me $20.00 for a fee. There was no way to return it in person and it is ridiculous that I have to spend this much money to return items way too small, and completely misleading on their website for the accuracy of the sizes. I never have a problem fitting into anything I order online, but their products were almost like ordering kid sizes.

I've ordered from this website 5 or 6 times in the past couple of years and have always received what I have ordered. Although a few have been delayed the last few months due to Covid I assume. Since I live in Canada it's a bit of a drag with the shipping costs since they don't ship free. Also, there is a customs delay as well. Overall I've been happy with my purchases and the service.

I ordered a $100 Bo Jackson throwback jersey. It showed up stuffed in a clear FansEdge bag without any tags on the jersey whatsoever, completely creased throughout the heat sealed patches and honestly looked worn already. I've never bought a new Nike jersey that didn't have 2-3 tags on it, unless it was used or already returned once before. Looked like a jersey they have been trying to unload on someone for a minute now! And to top it off, they charged me $9.99 for a return label! Now that doesn't seem hassle free, especially for a jersey in this shape! Never again FansEdge!

I ordered a Illinois Fighting Illini Nike Primary Logo Intensity Performance Quarter-Zip Jacket a couple weeks ago and when it came I was very disappointed. The material was thin and see through, the seams were horribly sewn, and the design wasn't even the same as advertised on the website. I could tell that the jacket was not produced by Nike and was a fake. Definitely not purchasing from FansEdge again.
I wanted to schedule for order ten mins after I ordered from them after I read the reviews their wet no good reviews so I tried to then cancel my order now remind you it was now then 20 mins after I ordered. First person I talk to told me he couldn't cancel my order which was crazy. So I got off the phone with him and call back this time the girl hung up on me after explained what happened. So then the third time the girl said she wouldn't cancel it without and got smart. I just want my money back so I don't have to deal with horrible quality. Should've read reviews first

Very disappointed with my order! Purchased 3 of my favorite team tee-shirts and received 3 inferior products. One shirt came as a 3/4 length sleeve instead of a long sleeve. And, because I refuse to wear an item without washing first, especially during this pandemic, tags were removed and washing/drying instructions were followed to the tee. One shirt came out with holes in the vinyl of the team's logo. When speaking to customer service I was told "how do we know that you really followed the washing/drying instructions?" Basically, calling me a liar. They refused to issue a refund or exchange. I thought an item carrying the NFL Team Apparel logo would be a quality purchase. Do not buy from this company!

I placed an order yesterday and received an email confirmation. A pop up box on the email said "Free shipping sitewide", yet I was charged $13.99 for shipping and another $1.99 for handling. Customer service advised there was nothing they could do about it because it already shipped. There was no option on the site for multiple shipping charges. They're supposedly having someone from the back room call me within 24 hours but I have absolutely no faith in that happening.

I ordered a hoodie for my grandson's bday. It was too small and had to be returned. The return policy is the worst I have ever seen as well as the customer service. The return policy is $9.99 for a shipping label you print yourself and they don't refund the taxes. So basically i paid them for the refund. Don't use. Spend the extra $$$ on a reputable site.

I bought a team long sleeve t-shirt. The shirt was at least a size too small, maybe more and it was short. It didn't look anything like it did in the ad. The quality of the shirt was very poor, very scratchy.

I placed my order and received something totally different than advertised! Color and material and they only refunded me half my money then told me I had to file a dispute with my PayPal for the rest because of 3rd party but I ordered through their website! This is supposed to be Mississippi State colors Maroon, Grey, white and black!

Item has been processing 20 days but when asked to cancel told its too far into processing lol. If it isn't shipped it should be able to be canceled. Customer service "escalated" the issue and will supposedly call in 24 yo 48 hours, of course not today when I'm home and available. Always check reviews before ordering! My wife learned a lesson on this one. Just hoping the quality isn't awful like almost every review.

It was unable to be cancelled due to it was beyond the 30 minute time frame to make changes or cancel order before the order is sent to the vendor. The item is a manufacturer direct item. It is shipped from that company warehouse. After those 30 minutes they start production of the product. The agent was unable to cancel the order so they opened a ticket to reach out to the vendor to see if they might be able to have it cancelled on their end. I have sent an email to our Order Management Team to escalate contact to the vendor. Unfortunately, I am unable to make any guarantees if they will be able to cancel the item in time. However, once they get a response back, you will get an email. If you haven't receive any response back in the next 24 to 48 hours, you can reference the ticket with issue # 2133834. Please be very careful ordering from any of these sites. Lidz fanatics, cbs nfl store, any associated with fanatics. I made a mistake on a size and not only did I lose my promotional price but they kept $9.99 which is mentioned when you do a return I learned after the fact. Initially, the rep I spoke to never mentioned that she just emailed me a return label to print. I was going to order the correct size but after this experience I will either look elsewhere or simply do without. Keep in mind this goes for any of the fanatics sites which includes the NFL shop. They can learn from sites like Adidas that treat their customers much better. Too bad they do seem to have a monopoly for American team sports fan gear. I was suspicious when I placed the order that had free shipping and there was a small shipping fee anyway. Stay away

I bought the Florida Gator stool for my son's dorm. It broke after using twice. Company won't give a refund. I guess they'd rather pay the hospital bill for the stitches in his foot form the shattered plastic in the defective product they sold.

We bought a $120 bookbag for my son in May when it was on sale. He just went back to school (Less than 3 weeks) and the shoulder straps are coming apart at the top seam. Since we purchased it more than 30 days ago, we are stuck with their trash. It should not have failed in this time period unless there was a defect. Will never buy from them again.
