I just ordered a baseball cap before reading these reviews. The price of the item is decent, but after reading these reviews I hope the item is authentic and ships soon. I have a baseball game to go soon.
Ordered 2 tee shirts. Waited 3 weeks to get one shirt and a notification that my other was being shipped back to the seller for no reason. The company refused to send me the shirt and is not doing anything to resolve the issue. I waited 3 weeks and should have been refunded just for waiting that long. Now I will have to wait 3 more weeks for them to receive the shirt that I never received in order to get my refund. Never order from a company like this, it's a 50% chance you may or may not get your stuff. If you do order, give them at least 4 weeks to ship you something. Amazon, ebay, $#*!'s, any other place that sells sports tee shirts will be a better idea than using this. Not to mention I had to contact customer service jus to get my tracking info. Funny how they can immediately take your money but have no care about the customer.

I ordered a few shirts from FansEdge... when I received the order both shirts didn't fit correctly and the one item looked different than it did on the website (the logo appeared much smaller on the shirt). I wanted to exchange one item for a larger size and return the item that looked different but FansEdge does not do exchanges so I was told I had to return both items and re-purchase the one I wanted in a larger size. However if I did this I would lose the sale price on the item because the sale had ended. I then decided to just return both items and get my money back. Not so simple. After returning both items and only receiving credit for one they tried to tell me that the second item I returned was NOT there item and therefor they could not credit me back. Ridiculous! I will never order from them again no matter how good the sale price may be.

Ordered some commemorative Cavs championship items for a friend 2 days after they won the championship. In the order confirmation email it said:
"This is a Special Event Item. Orders containing this item will be shipped no later than Friday, July 1st."
Felt pretty slow given that I placed the order on June 21st, but I figured it was just FansEdge covering their $#*! a bit & they'd be shipped well before July 1 - I mean what business takes 8 business days to ship an item, right?
Anyways July 1st comes around I finally get an email that 2 of the 3 items have shipped. Wasn't until July 3rd, 2 days AFTER their drop dead date that the 3rd item shipped. If you can't hit the deadline that you set for yourself, then don't put a date on it in the first place. Pathetic that it took 12 full days after I placed the order for all items to ship. Pizza delivery shops had a 30 minute or less guarantee, but I highly doubt FansEdge will do anything to make up for missing their deadline.
Won't be shopping here again unless I have AT LEAST a month before I need the items in hand - too risky otherwise.

This is the SECOND time I was foolish enough to order from this company. (See prior review for first mess.) Yes, I was stupid for using this company again, but I thought that they resolved the issue and my son's camp recommended them. AGAIN, I paid for expedited shipping and they sent it regular slow-boat-to-china mail. (You can see the type of shipping they use on the Fedex tracking page.) They refunded the shipping (which I did not want - I wanted the faster shipping! That's why I paid for it!) They then shipped everything (4 days late) to my billing address instead of the shipping address. (I am in NY, my son is in MAINE). She claimed that it was Paypal's fault, and said that this "happens all the time." However, I frequently use Paypal to pay for items that I ship elsewhere, and I have never had this happen with any other company. In addition, if this happens all the time, why doesn't Fansedge either fix it, or put up a big flashing alert saying "Using Paypal may change you shipping address"? The very unhelpful woman on the phone said that I could use the money they refunded for the expedited shipping that I didn't get - to ship the products up to my son myself when they finally arrive. Seriously. Never, ever, ever, again would I use this company. In addition, I will be calling my son's camp to ask them to remove fansedge from their "buy" list. So done with them.

I have to admit... I was a little skeptical when I read all the bad reviews but I had already ordered my items. The money was taken out of my account fast. Within a couple of days I got my shipping information and I continued to track it. My package came when it said it would. I am very pleased with my purchases. I would definitely order from Fans Edge again!

I read multiple reviews and almost all of them were not just bad but horrible. I also read the responses from customer service and found that some things on the site ship in one to two days and others state that they will not ship for several days or weeks due to being a custom order. We are headed to a Red Sox/Rangers game and needed shirts for the event. I ordered mine first. Two shirts came in in the same week and the fit was great. Everything went so smoothly we decided to order my husbands shirts from them as well. They came even quicker and the fit is great. Will order from them again!

I ordered a single T-shirt on Monday 6/13. My order apparently shipped on Tuesday 6/14. However, I keep getting emails stating "At this time, we haven't received a shipment confirmation for your order. We are diligently working with our fulfillment center to obtain an update. If we do not receive a new shipping date by 7/10 then we will cancel your order"
WTF. If the order shipped, why am I receiving these emails? Where's my tracking number? How hard is it to throw a single t shirt in a box and send me a tracking number? This was supposed to be a Father's Day gift... thanks for ruining it.

Recently ordered some items that they said will take 2 business days to ship. It two frickin' tshirts! Ordered anyway, against my better judgement. Three business days later they still haven't shipped. Evidently their idea of "business days" is different from everyone else's. Now, I won't have the items when I need them. Again, it's t-shirts! Why the hell would it take two days to Put 2 t-shirts in a box and ship them. Even if they're sending the tshirts through a 3rd party, it still shouldn't take two frickin days... and in this case, three days and they still hadn't shipped! NEXT TIME, ILL ORDER ELSEWHERE... WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO ACTUALLY SHIP ON TIME AND ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN POLICY!

This place sucks! You would think with all the bad reviews they have, they would try and get better! I placed a order on June 7 2016. Under the product that I ordered it says it only takes 3 days to ship. I even chatted with someone on Friday, and they said it would be shipped by June 10! Then why the hell did they ship my stuff on Saturday! I needed this by Friday June 18, and now it's going to be late. I'm returning everything, and getting my money back! They can take that $10 credit, and shove it! Don't order from here! Save your money, time of frustration and order from somewhere else!

I ordered a Pitsburgh Penguin custom jersey, then I discovered site jabber and decited to check the reviews on fansedge.com... Holy cow, was in trouble... They had horrific reviews... I figured I would never get my purchase. I made my order on the 5th, the 9th I got a shipping notice and it was delivered on the 13 th... Mind you this was a custom order... I've been tracking my order via the LaserShip site. They could have walked to my house and delivered the package in the 10 days it's been sitting in PAULSBORO, NJ US. I admit that I'm used to Amazon delivery, but once something ships I think 14 days (and counting) is ridiculous. At least set the proper expectation!

I needed a gift for a birthday, and fast. The men's basketball team was going to the final two, and wanted hubby to have the tee to wear. Site offered this item and fast. Did not arrive in two or three days but closer to a week. That's okay, we understand... popular item.
BUT, OUR shirt looked as if they'd run out of ink, and the quality of the actual shirt was so poor that we could have worn and washed it for YEARS and it wouldn't have looked this flimsy.
Now, price is everything. FOR $36.00 with sh/h... you get that, right?
WORSE: they ask $5.50 return fee. So they don't LOSE anything by having this poor quality item, or loss of Birthday Present time... WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
MUCH better businesses out there.

Do not trust their shipping promotions. They use the cheapest methods to ship products and never deliver on time. Again, this site is not accurate on order times and calling customer service is a waste of time.

I ordered a product from here saying it would take 7-10 business days to revive it. I even got a confirmation email saying it was shipped and that it would be here in the 7-10 days as stated as above. When I contacted them they just kept telling me when it would be here and that wasn't the problem, the problem was I orderd it and didn't get it when I was suppose too so I couldn't use it for what I needed it for.
