Where is my money?

I ordered items in August, 2016. I returned two of the items that were placed on separate orders on August 22,2016. One they say were received on the 26th or so and the other one on 09/3/2016. I have called on numerous occasions and as of today 09/22/2016 I was told that one order is not showing up (?) in which was confirmed as being ordered and returned when I spoke with someone two weeks ago. Now today i called as was told oh your refund was rejected and that the person was putting in a ticket for someone to contact me? Well heck two weeks ago it was being issued and now when i call i still have to wait on someone to contact me? Well my account number.& card number has not changed and is the same one used to purchase the items. And still never received an email to say we have your items and have issued refund,, Which they have listed as part of their refund policy... Truly Customer-no service

Order won't cancel
September 20, 2016

On 9/17/******* I ordered a t-shirt as a birthday present that I need by 9/23/16. It took less than 5 minutes to get an order confirmation and for the money to be taken out of my account. However, 3 business days later and my item hasn't shipped out. Frustrated because I am on a time limit I decided to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere. I called fansedge.com and was told that there was an "error in the system" and it would take 1-2 business days for my order to cancel and further another 2-10 business days for the return onto my account. I wasn't given any sort of "pending cancellation email" just the customer service man asking me to basically trust his word. For a company this is a poor way to do business, it only adds to my frustration that this item wasn't even supposed to be sent out until next monday, 3 days after i need it.

False advertising

I ordered several items from this company on 9-13-16 with their coupon code for guaranteed 2 day shipping with guaranteed delivery date on 9-16-16 or my items are free. The confirmation email also indicated that most of my items shipped in 1 business day. I spoke with a representative on 9-16-16 that was very polite and did provide a refund for $65 and a $10 credit for the inconvenience. I contact the company today on 9-20-16 and they inform me my order is still processing, my items are still in stock yet they can not inform me when my items will be shipped. The reason I purchased the items from this company was the grantee of 2 day shipping with the purpose of receiving the items for a birthday present. That birthday has since past so now I am ever so patiently waiting to see when my items, that I have already paid for, will actually be shipped to me.

It all began over 2 months ago, my husband and I found out we were pregnant and wanted to order fun shirts to surprise our parents with. I paid for 2 day shipping, knowing we needed them by the follow week. I was told I would receive an email when my items shipped. 5 days went by and I never received an email, so I called FansEdge. They told me that their definition of 2 day shipping means that it will arrive 2 days AFTER they initially ship it. What the heck?! So after asking for a refund, since I couldnt wait any longer to receive the shirts, they refused over and over to refund the money and I spoke with the sutomer service representative for almost 30 minutes getting nowhere, so I finally hung up. Then, almost 3 weeks after placing the order the shirts arrived and they were YOUTH SIZES! When I clearly ordered adult shirts, even my email receipt said mens size large. So I called again, and they had me ship them the shirts back and I had to practically beg them to refund my money, all they wanted to do was remake the shirt, and at this point I DEFINITELY didnt need the shirts. So I sent the shirts back, 3 weeks ago and still have not been refunded my money! I call today and they conveniently said "oh, the return is just going through today, you will receive your refund in 10 days." So its been over 2 months full of grief and frustration from working with this company. I told them to not even bother with the stupid $10 credit they keep promising me, because I WILL NEVER BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN! I work in marketing and I cannot believe a company like this has stayed alive with such awful service.

This website sucks

When placing my order over a week ago the promotion was "orders ship within 3 days or you're whole order is free". Well it's been well over 3 days, my order has yet to be shipped and they refuse to refund the money. All they want to do is apologize for the inconvenience and offer a $10 credit to my account for my next order when I specifically said I wouldn't be ordering from this website again.

Very nervous
September 18, 2016

I placed an order on Thursday 9/15 - I have yet to receive any emails stating whether it has shipped or not. I am needing these by Sunday 9/25. Reading all these negative reviews I am very nervous and thinking it will not be here on time. I called today and a gentlemen stated my order is one that ships within 6 business days. I specifically told customer service rep when I placed order on 15th that I needed these items by 25th. I will never again order from this company!

I ordered two shirts on Tuesday, September 13th. There was a promo that said any orders made before the 14th would have a guaranteed delivery date of September 16th. It also said that if the items weren't delivered by the 16th, then the items would be free. I contacted customer service today and they said that my items were special order items and were not included with the promo. Nothing on the page for the two shirts show that they were special orders. There was nothing extra special about them. They were not customized. They are just two shirts. I am very frustrated with this because the only reason I ordered the shirts was because of the promo and that they would be delivered before Saturday, when my husband and I wanted to wear them. I will not be ordering any other items from this website in the future and I would not recommend this site to others looking to purchase items.

I have not yet received a shipment notification and was hoping to get my customized shirt before I went to an event in 2 weeks and after reading these reviews I'm a bit worried that I won't get it in time. It's frustrating that they say it will ship within 3 business days but i have yet to receive a shipment email.

I ordered as a guest, and now I cannot escape from daily (sometimes more often) emails from FansEdge - the links at the bottom of the email do not work. This is a huge pain, and makes me not want to purchase from them again.

I wanted a diaper bag for my husband that was sports themed and this is the only place I could find what I was looking for. The bag was Cleveland Cavs themed and registered. I ordered on a Wednesday and received it on Thursday (next day!). Bag came as described and is exactly what I was looking for. Can't believe that all these people have had so much trouble with this site but I had a wonderful experience and would definitely order from them again

Return scam
August 26, 2016

We ordered two jackets, one was too small and the other was too large. I sent both items back within two weeks. Both items were tried on for less than a minute, put into a bag and put into a box for return. I went to the post office a week later and sent the items. I received an email that the item was damaged and donated to charity and I will not be receiving a refund. The tags were still on the items and they were unworn.

Just received my t-shirt in the mail and I love it! It was just as described as online Except on the back of the shirt it didn't say it had a logo but I really like the logo and was pleased! Ordered t-shirt late at night and my order shipped first thing the next morning. Very quick shipping with no issues. Would definitely buy again from fansedge!

Bad experience

Purchased a custom shirt with logo on front, number on back. The material used for the team logo on the front of the shirt was low quality, was not expecting an iron-on type decal on a shirt priced at 41.99. The material of the shirt was very thin, can see right through it, once again low quality. The shirt was undersized by a large margin. If they were reading this, would say I should have checked the sizing chart - but I did. It's the same size of ALL of my other shirts. The shirt I received does not match the sizing dimensions identified on the sizing chart. It took a long time to ship too (2 weeks plus). I contacted their customer service only because they sent me a survey to provide feedback. It said if I wasn't satisfied, I should contact them, which I did. They still rejected my return request.
