I ordered 4 items on the 21st September and received a confirmation email stating that the items would be dispatched within 6 business days. The order status is still "New" within my account.

I have already been on to live chat and emailed *******@fansedge.com (Inquiry # **************) - both replied saying that the issue is due to a system upgrade they had and that they have no idea when my order will be dispatched.

One of the items I ordered as I wanted for the Redskins/Bengals game here in London at the end of October. If the items aren't dispatched within the next few days then they might not be delivered in time.

This is ridiculous and unacceptable as they have taken my money but can't tell me when the order will be dispatched!

I'm in the UK and don't want to call Fan Services as that would be at my expense.

All I want to know is when my items will be dispatched.

***** Update October 13th *****
Despite being promised that my item would be dispatched this week, I contacted them to confirm that this would still be happening. I was informed that they had no idea when the items would be shipped and that there was no way to cancel the order or expedite the shipping.

In my reply I told them that I felt as though they had fraudulently taken my money seeing as though they haven't dispatched my items and had no clue when the items were going to be shipped, especially as I placed my order on September 21st.

I then received a reply stating that they had issued a refund for the rest of the order which seemed strange as I'd only just been told that they were unable to cancel the order.

I'll be checking my credit card statement to ensure that everything that I receive plus the previous refunds (shipping & discount) matches what I originally paid them.

At the moment I have no intention of ever ordering from Fans Edge again.

On Thursday night, September 29,2016, I placed an order for an Arizona cardinals Tryann Mathieu #32 jersey t shirt which was 21-************** and I got the email the same night about my order was processed and received. After waiting earlier today let alone the whole week my order still didn't come in and I went on fansedge site to check my order status I put everything in correct and they said invalid or whatever they said my order was shipping in 5 days and I waited a whole week... I need this problem resolved ASAP

So I went to check status online, put in my order number, email address and zip code. The site comes back with "something went wrong" yeah, obviously. What went wrong was I ordered from FansEdge. I tried their live chat feature, but of course its CLOSED on Friday. Friday? Really?

I ordered something in July as a present for my husband. It's now October and I've sent 3 emails and get a recording each time I call. I left a voicemail but seriously doubt I'll receive a call since nobody has replied to my email. I was charged back in July, what can I do to get my money back? Contact my bank?

I ordered 3 items over 10 business days ago and only one of the items shows up on time with the other two well over 5 days late. By the end of it, I will have waited a total of 12 days (I have received things faster from Australia). Despicable. Making a point never to order from them again.

Placed an order on 9/16 that is yet to ship, they are very rude when you call. It has now gotten almost funny at the lack of customer service. I have contacted them repeatedly to be told their system is down and they do not know when my items will ship BUT can not cancel because they are in the warehouse... DO THEY EVEN HAVE A WAREHOUSE! Total and complete rip off... DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FAKES! My bank also has an open inquiry because they have had multiple complaints. I received an email stating one of my items was being credited as it was not fulfilled, that credit was never issued. 2 remaining items are still stating as NEW order and they refuse to give me a date that this might happen.

I am very unhappy with my order. I ordered a jersey for my daughter's birthday with express shipping so that it could be here the day before 10/01/16 I called customer service THAT SAME DAY to cancel because we had found another outfit a lot cheaper and similar. When I called the representative they CLAIMED they had an issue with the system and couldn't cancel my order that is a COMPLETE LIE they take my money out that fast but can't cancel my purchase the same day I ordered smh I called today and they shipped my order out after the representative said they said they manually cancelled my order and they don't want to return my order when I don't need it we will sue and take matters in our own hand all they do is take ppl money and lie and say they cancelled it to keep the money go against people will and just do what they want don't worry about me ordering here and I will let others know also that order here.

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Most of order in limbo dad received minibat for his birthday. The shirts are yet to be shipped company states they will investigate the issue... that was two weeks ago.

I ordered 5 items for my sons first birthday party. His party is Sunday, Oct 2. I ordered the items Wed and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Now I am being told I will not receive the items until Oct 3... too late! When I called to understand better... the representative was unapologetic and basically made it seem like my own fault. That order number was 21-**************. Unfortunately she was not helpful and I decided to order the items AGAIN (since I could not cancel the items that would arrive too late. Ugh) and pay for Saturday delivery. Let's pray it arrives or my sons 1st SPORTs theme party will be ruined. Very very confusing policy and disappointing to me who hoped the outfit for my son and cheerleader outfit for my daughter would be a huge birthday hit! I don't think I would want to go through this process again.

I wish I'd have read the reviews prior to ordering. Ordered 2 items on the September 22nd needing them for a trip with my son on the 1st. I still haven't received shipping details. When I went to their chat site I waited the standard 7.3 minutes and finally was told the order was processing tomorrow. I asked to cancel since it wont be here on time. Their reply, Sorry we cant do that, the order has been processed. Total BS. Anyway if I get them someday great if not great! I will never order form this website again and I would not recommend this site to anyone!

I placed an order on two items. Roughly 12 hours later I decided I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. I contacted not 1, not 2 or even 3, but 4 different people in customer service. Each time I told them I wanted to cancel and get a refund, each person said they would cancel my order. Never got a confirmation of cancellation until the fourth representative who said the order wasn't cancelled at all previously. She said she would cancelit and to allow 2-10 business days until the refund shows up. Which I felt she cancelled it because I received a confirmation of cancellation with an incident #**************. Well now it has been 10 business days so I contact someone else. They said the order was left open and not fully cancelled. So he gave me a ticket number and said it will take 1-2 days for the order being cancelled to process. I really wish I read previous reviews before even looking at the website. Never use them. They are glad to take your money but not refund it. I don't understand the difficulty in canceling an order and refunding it.

On Monday, September 19th, I placed an order for four shirts. On the website, one item said it would ship within four business days, the other three items said they would ship within five business days. After contacting FedEx, Lasership, and FansEdge, my orders FINALLY shipped seven business days later! I won't actually receive the items until sometime during the first week of October. This is unacceptable. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order with FansEdge so that I could have avoided this long delay! I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere next time I place an order for sports merchandise.

Made my $200 purchase 9/21/16 and one week later, still no email confirmation of shipment. I called them and was advised it wouldn't ship til 9/29/16 and is coming from FL to CA so it won't be here til another week. 9 calendar days to process an order! The NFL season will be halfway over before I get my gear! Absolutely pitiful! Wish I read the reviews before purchasing from them, especially when I'm unsure if I got the correct size.

I ordered a shirt 2 weeks ago from this website. Not only did it not ship out yet, but i finally get an email saying they could not complete my order because they didn't have the merchandise. I just went back online and the same shirt and size I had ordered if relisted to sell? Although they did give me a $10 fanscash on my email, I will never shop at this pathetic excuse for a company again. Now I had to go order it from another website and I have to wait for it to ship again.

Don't ever do this

5 days means 8 or 12. It took that long to go 290 miles. The Pony Express averaged 52 miles a day. You do the math. Pathetic service. Overpriced. Pay no attention to "free" shipping.

I placed an order on 9/16/16 for 4 items that were ordered for a gift. All items described as will ship within 3 business days. On 9/21/16 I finally got an email stating that information was sent to Fedex. Today, 9/23/16, I got a notification that items were delivered to Fedex location in Jacksonville, FL with a scheduled delivery of 10/1/16. Items were not shipped within 3 business days. In this day and age, how does it take that long to deliver items?

Very disappointed!

I placed an order for one shirt on 9/13/16 and was told it would ship in 3 days. Here we are - 9/22/16 - and it still has not been shipped. I have been given the run around every time I do the live chat with them. One day I was told that they would upgrade to next day shipping at no charge to me and then the next day I get an email saying that they will upgrade it to 3 day shipping at no cost to me. Seriously? Like they are doing me a favor. I need this item as a gift on 9/24/16 and it doesn't look like I will get it. I will never order from them again!
