Terrible!
October 19, 2016

Should have read the reviews before ordering. My shipment arrived over four weeks after my order and only two of the three items were shipped. The packing slip says two of three items were in the box but my order says everything is complete. There is no contact information online only a live chat with hours and days that overlap my work hours so I can't ask what's going on. They also charged me the full amount four weeks ago for the order. The items that did ship are authentic but don't expect to get anything out of this company quickly or accurately...

These are all same business. They say RELAX - we've got your order - well - you can forget the order all together because they don't keep their commitment to ship within 3 business days - they don't follow up with the customer - you have to call - they "create a ticket" and you will have to call them back after 48 hours and they "create another ticket". What a merry-go-round! I placed an order on Oct. 5 - today is the 19th - I have called them six times - talked to 2 managers and cancelled the order today because there's still no follow up on their part and no idea when I will get the item. They claim they normally don't have these problems - check the reviews!

Ordered 1 ryder cup hat on October 7 ten days later they say it is still processing. My credit card however was promptly charged on the 7th. Should have checked reviews first. Seems this is not a good company to do business with.

This company has been the worst for the first time in four years of ordering. Every October we order a very large order to celebrate college readiness month at an elementary school. I placed an online order on 9/16/16 (well before the hurricane). In two days 16 shirts came. Only 1/3 of order. 10 days go by I call they say weather delay but shirts are in warehouse ready to be shipped. 17 days go by I call again same story. Today, 21 days later I call lady says they are expedited and ready to shop today. 5 minutes ago I get a bunch of emails that all shirts left in order have been unable to ship and I will be refunded. So incredibly irrated and a kids event has been ruined by this shady business. You would think they would honor an over 1500 dollar order. So dissapointed and I will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Ordered 3 items on 9/23, and received a confirmation email saying items ship in 3-5 business days. Called on 10/4 and was told there was a "problem" at that warehouse, but it would ship by the weeks end. They can't control the hurricane so I totally understand the next couple of day delay. I called on 10/12 and was told it would ship any day now and I would be promised next day delivery. I called on 10/15 and was told the order still hadn't shipped, and there was no expected ship date. I asked for a supervisor when I was told that I could not cancel the order. I spoke with Ernest, who might be the most unhelpful and uncaring person I have ever dealt with in a supervisor role, who informed me that there was in fact no way to cancel the order. I asked why and he told me because the system wont allow, and that I was notified of "multiple hurricanes" that had struck the facility. I told him I completely understand, but if there was no order yet filled why couldn't it be cancelled. He told me it it couldn't because of system issues, but I could just get the order then send it back for a refund that would occur in 60-90 days. He was gracious to offer another 20% off, but I just want my items, or the ability to cancel. If there where issues known at the time of my order, why not disclose? If there are still issues, and they can't follow through even now a month later, just let people cancel. Curious to see if Ernest actually follows through and has his manager Chris call me. I am not holding my breathe...

DON'T EVER BUY FROM HERE FOR ANYTHING!

(Best part, is my wife was told the same stuff when she ordered some christmas presents for me a few years ago... warehouse issues... that made my christmas presents become birthday presents!)

I ordered a Steelers Antonio Brown t-shirt from NFL.com on 10/13/2016 and paid $25.00 for two business day delivery. I found out the next day that two business days does not really mean two business days when you shop nfl.com. That order is scheduled to be here today, four days later. After finding out I wouldn't get my shirt in two days, I went to fansedge on Friday, October 14th and and bought the same shirt. I paid for Saturday delivery and my tshirt was delivered on Saturday. Couldn't be happier!

I was given a jersey for my birthday purchased from this company. The jersey was too small. When I called to do an exchange, they said they don't do exchanges for the wrong size. (Huh?) They said I could buy a new one and then return the wrong size for a refund. I did that, but when buying the new one, they wanted to charge full price when the wrong size was purchased at a discount. They finally honored the price and sent the new one. I returned the wrong sized one and my family member never received a discount. When calling them, they admitted to it arriving and then they srnt to their warehouse, yet customer had to wait fkt warehouse arrival and 10 days after for refund. My family member finally got their bank involved to grant refund and fight with company themselves. FansEdge just now sent a letter, a month later, saying sorry, no refund can be given on an exchange. However, this wasn't an exchange! I wanted that, but they said no exchanges. So, confusing, but thank goodness the bank assisted and made things right. I will never buy from FansEdge again!

Will Never Buy Again

I placed an order for a birthday present 9 days ago under the impression it would be shipped within 5 days. Here we are 9 days later, the birthday has passed and still no order. I've called twice and they have no idea when it will be shipped and cant tell me anything on the order. Worst online experience ever. She did offer a $10 credit for another order and I told her to keep it because I wouldn't be ordering from them ever again. That all I wanted was my order. It shouldn't take this long to get an order. Follow through with what you tell your customers FansEdge. I really wish I would've read reviews before I ordered, because I would've ordered elsewhere! So disappointed.

I placed an order for two shirts on September 3,2016. After receiving my shipping notification it never moved! I chatted with them and they said it was a lost package. They would re-ship it with expedited shipping. Well, two weeks after that I never received a shipping notification. I chatted again and was told it was to ship that Friday or Monday. Nothing! If I log in to my account it shows no orders. Then I get a partial refund because one of the shirts is no longer available! You can not chat with them anymore because they change the hours and now it is one day from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. It is not October 14,2016 and NOTHING! This is just RIDICULOUS!

Horrible experience!

I order a hat and s shirt on 9/17. The shirt was cancelled by them, size no longer in stock. I did receive a refund for it. But the hat was suppose to be shipped, it never has. I tried to cancel the order they wouldn't let me. Almost a month later and I still have nothing. I guess it's time to report this company to the BBB!

I was excited about my order and future shopping with FansEdge, then skeptical, after all the negative reviews, posted my question about the reviews I had been reading, then Presto, my order shipped! It was just 2 days behind original ship date, but hurricane Mathew just rolled over too. I had two day shipping, they sent it overnight delivery, I just received it and everything is perfect! They are realistic about the shipping times on their website, which clearly states 5-7 days before shipping. But they get it done, and they got it done for me. Everything is excellent. Packaged well and in perfect condition. I am happy, satisfied, and glad I get to leave a positive review for them! A+

The ABSOLUTE worst
October 12, 2016

This company is the biggest fraud there is. I ordered my husband a gift on Sept. 21st. After never receiving a confirmation email, I started to worry and looked at the reviews. I instantly called the next day to cancel this order that was never shipped anyway. The customer service (using that title v. loosely) people must have a script. She told me I could speak to a manager. He apologized over and over and said he would manually refund the money and send an email about the refund. I suppose that was to get me off the phone. No email, no refund. I called again today and went thru the same process. This time, I called my bank to see if anything had been refunded. Nope. I just want my money back. I really think they don't even have the products they advertise. This has made ordering online a complete nightmare.

Shirt order and Refund

I didn't receive my shirt I ordered in the time they said it would be shipped and after talking with a customer service rep I was seriously disappointed. I was told no supervisor was available to talk with and that my refund would take up to 13 days to go through. Please avoid this place at all cost

Ordered hats on Oct. 9, realized they were wrong item, wanted to change to correct item. But, phone was on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up, tried the chat room, but that was closed... tried phone next day and was on hold for 30 minutes... went to chat, but it was closed and also closed today 10-11-16! Hurricane problems?

Ordered a tshirt last Wednesday, October 5th. Spent over $15 for expedited shipping. Spent 5 days trying to track my order and was unable to do so because I purchased as a "guest." Havnt received any emails other than one telling me to "Relax. We Have Your Order." Called this morning, (Oct. 10) just trying to find a status, was told order be shipped on Wednesday the 12th. One week after placing my order. Atrocious. Took 10 minutes to charge my card, and at least one full week to ship it... After I paid extra for speedy shipping. Cant get a tracking number because my order hasnt yet shipped. A horrible experience. Received Amazon and Eastbay orders placed the SAME day, while this place hasnt even shipped yet, and apparently wont for at least 2 more days. Stay away, folks. Far, far away.

Awful customer service.

I ordered on September 18th. I have talked with them on chat and they said it would ship out the next day. Well it didn't and now its been more than a week. I have contacted them on their facebook page to cancel the order and they said they cannot do it at this time. I have never had this much problem with a company before. Very disappointed.

Where is my order
October 9, 2016

Placed my order on I believe the 21st of August. They processed it and shipped it immediately, which was great and surprising considering the other reviews. It is now the 10th of October and it still says that it is in America. I live in New Zealand and I am no stranger to international items taking a while but this is ridiculous. It has been over 14 business days since the item 'shipped'. I am due to leave the country at the start of November and am seriously doubting whether my items will actually arrive or not. I have ordered off Eastbay before on a friday and received my items the next thursday so this is ludicrous. Cant find my order number on my confirmation either because I used a guest account.

I ordered a Dak Prescott jersey on September 29th it's been nine days still not shipping info. I logged on to my account to look at my order and it' says "No order history available to display". I call the horrible customer service and was told they could see my order but could not help me with a shipping date. After all the run around about my order they offered me a refund. Last time I had a problem and was given a refund they took out a return fee. They took some of my money and wasted my time. Spend your money elsewhere it's not worth the time and frustration dealing with this company
